The ambiance and staff were very welcoming from the start. The food was amazing, we bought a platter to try different things. The dessert was delicious, it was pistachio and ricotta pie . We highly recommend this restaurant.

Never had Persian food before....the lamb shish-kabob was outstanding as were the prawns....will work thru menu

The service was horrible. No followup from the waiter. Waited too long for anyone to check on us, provide water, remove plates, etc. After waiting a long time we had to ask for the bill from the waiter. We then had to ask a second person. We finally received the bill from a third person who was not our waiter. Upon exiting the restaurant, we observed what appeared to be the owner. He was looking at his phone while he was sitting by the door, He never observed him checking on his customers. Terrible customer service and unprofessional wait staff. We will not be returning.

Very bad customer service and they lack menu knowledge. The older gentleman there was very impatient and unprofessional.

We had celebrated a friend's birthday at the Persian Room for our first visit. The food -everything was exceptional, and the service was horrendous. The back servers to remove appetizer dishes or fill empty water glasses did not come to the table until we asked our server. We decided to try it again as the food was exceptional. This time for a 50th wedding anniversary of close friends. We had the same server (who last time and this time was always smiling and helpful). The four separate dishes and humus appetizer was excellent, and the service was spot-on in every way. The food was truly exceptional, and the service too was excellent.

Authenticity in food omg you will love it, i sure did! generous portions i had lamb shanks super delish it's heaven.

Wonderful restaurant. The atmosphere is perfect, beautiful and nice serene music playing. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The food is delicious all the meats are cooked to perfection and priced just right.

Food is good . Service is terrible. Be prepared to be ignored . You pay a lot of money for 8 oz of meat or one skewer of veg with 4 cups of rice . There are so many better places don’t waste your time .
