Peter Piper Pizzas made with the rotoflex oven are superior. This location has one, and their pizzas always come out great. We love the Works, but the Chicago, NY, and regular pepperoni pizza are all outstanding. We love extra sauce on ours, and with the option to make it no border and well done, the pizza comes out rivaling many artisan pizza spots.

3 years later and it isn't any better. Staff is even worse than before. Never friendly definitely not helpful and just a clear disdain for being there. I hear there's a ton of people looking for work. Perhaps turn the headcount till you find some reliable willing to be present and helpful individuals.
We've been coming to this location since before it moved from across the street. We know what to expect as it can get pretty hectic. However, this was perhaps one of the worst experiences I've ever witnessed. Waiting one hour and 17 minutes for pizza. Rude responses from staff. Watching them take dine in pizza from the counter throwing them in boxes and fulfilling carry out orders. Time after time I watched as they did this. Finally I spoke to a manager who tried to fix things but overall I question the drop in efficiency and service.

Good for kid parties. Like east coast version of chuck e cheese minus the rat.
Brought my wife and 5 yo granddaughter for lunch. Several games out of order or closed. Music was extra loud and mostly in Spanish. Not exactly what I expected from Peter Piper. We will find a new place.

Discounted games is the only that kept this review up. Wings were good, but it’s hard to mess up wings. Over $21 for 16 wings and one wasn't even a wing. I ordered bone in. I also bought 150 points for the game card. This is we’re it’s a little off. After 15 minutes of game play the card was down to 85? Roller coaster is 10 but the kid only road that once. And he is playing games like ski ball and milk jug. Can’t dump points that fast on those games. Politely asked the manager about it and told him about the wings. Yeah, he told me I could check what games are played, but I wasn’t gonna wait 10 minutes for someone to show up over there and about the wings. He just said he’ll talk to the lady in the back about it. And said sorry.

This is one of the better locations in Tucson and we were excited to get the summer pass and make this place our home for the next two months.
However after yesterday’s visit I’m not sure that this location is the location for us.
The food is amazing per usual! Plenty of games. The did take out the Carousel and looks like their building a small jungle gym. Tons of games, good vibes!
But a few of the games were not working. Which is NORMAL! But I spoke to the attendant at the prize counter and this is where I was annoyed.
I explained that 2 of the games did not work. That my husband and child had tapped them a few times trying to get it to work and nothing. He stared at me blankly and said he would go check it out.
I waited. He returned to his counter and did not say anything to me. So after a few minutes I asked if he was going to fix it? Going to refund the credits? Put a sign on it so others don’t use it and he said he wasn’t sure and had to located a manager.
10 minutes later he still couldn’t locate a manager. So I gave up. It wasn’t worth the hassle it was just very unprofessional.

Pizza is always on point here. The Manager Randy helped us with a small problem that we had. He took charge and got everything addressed in a quick and professional manner. I hope that Peter Piper recognizes his professionalism! Thanks, Randy!
