This is one of the better locations in Tucson and we were excited to get the summer pass and make this place our home for the next two months.
However after yesterday’s visit I’m not sure that this location is the location for us.
The food is amazing per usual!
Plenty of games.
The did take out the Carousel and looks like their building a small jungle gym.
Tons of games, good vibes!
But a few of the games were not working. Which is NORMAL! But I spoke to the attendant at the prize counter and this is where I was annoyed.
I explained that 2 of the games did not work. That my husband and child had tapped them a few times trying to get it to work and nothing. He stared at me blankly and said he would go check it out.
I waited. He returned to his counter and did not say anything to me. So after a few minutes I asked if he was going to fix it? Going to refund the credits? Put a sign on it so others don’t use it and he said he wasn’t sure and had to located a manager.
10 minutes later he still couldn’t locate a manager. So I gave up. It wasn’t worth the hassle it was just very unprofessional.
Pizza is always on point here. The Manager Randy helped us with a small problem that we had. He took charge and got everything addressed in a quick and professional manner. I hope that Peter Piper recognizes his professionalism! Thanks, Randy!
If you love screaming kids and half drunk parents questioning their life choices, this is the place to be. Pizza is awesome!!!!
OMG get the NY three cheese is my new favorite!!!! 💓 I've ALWAYS done a plain Jane thin crust cheese and if I was feeding all of us it was a 2 extra large; 1 cheese one pepperoni. If on sale it was mushroom pepperoni black olive💓
I know we showed up 25 minutes before closing but the excuse of not having enough dough was a shame. At least be up front and just say we are to close to closing to serve a party of your size. Normally this is my go to for pizza but I guess you didn't want our business this time. It's ok, we went to Mod and felt welcomed and everyone working there were very helpful. So thank you for allowing us to go somewhere else, spend money and have a good time

Let me preface this review with the fact that my family has long chosen peter piper for our celebrations. We usually have a very good experience. However my mother and I were trying to plan a birthday gathering today and were treated with contempt and dismissal both by the young lady who initially answered (time 1:20) and the manager named Raul. As a long standing customer I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided and the general attitude towards my almost 70 year old mother. She had questions about their deals and he kept interrupting her as she was talking. The initial girl hung up on her as she was asking to speak to a manager. I hope there will be better training in the future at this location. Until then we will avoid it for any and all occasions.
The wetmore location was lovely. The young lady working patiently walked my mom through their menu and deals.

Very angry with my experience.
Ordered a large and extra large pizza, along with 2 orders of breadsticks.
EVERYTHING was over done and burnt. When i call and explain the situation, and that I lived about 40 minutes away. The manager says people make mistakes and I can drive the food and receipt back in. It was too late to drive back before they closed. He offered a credit, but we asked for a refund. He said only way to get refund was by going in store with receipt and food....when I said I wouldn't make it before they closed unless they were staying open late He laughed. The restaurant hosts birthday events but said the food was burnt as a mistake because they were just busy because of an event....
I understand people make mistakes, I did by not checking my food before leaving, but how do you make the mistake of taking overcooked burnt food out and just boxing it up. How do you over look the crunch the pizzas made, the boxes were pouring out crumbs because of the state of the pizza.
When entering the restaurant I think the door said the event was for Leman Academy, I feel horrible for the families that came to support the school if this was the quality of customer service they received; unless this is the level of customer service they showed those not for the event if it required to tell them you were part of it.

I'm by no means a pizza snob. I love PPP, especially the buffet! This location gives you a nice variety of offerings on their line. While most locations stick to the basics, this one tosses out some nice combos. Just like every place else, the prices are getting ridiculous, but again, I'm no snob and will keep coming back!
