The buffet price for the five year old who eats only one slice of pizza maybe 1 1/2 was ridiculous. If your gonna do the buffet just bring adults with a big appetite, eat as much as you can.

The exhaust fan needs to be upgraded to handle.tp heat and smoke smell that come from the pizza over. Very strong smell of smoke. Got a headache. Took a long time for our 2 pizzas and the place was not packed.

Went in 9/11/2025. First nobody running the cash register or even anybody working there in sight. Waited and waited until finally someone came out from behind the pizza oven to take my order. No apology for making me stand there for so long. I guess I was bothering him. I bought the “all you can eat” buffet but after a couple of times refilling my little paper plate (that only holds 2 pieces) the manager said “That’s the last piece!” WOW ! Really!?!

They burned my pizza that I waited over 30 mins for, then they offered to make me a SMALLER pizza to replace my original order, I gladly spend my money elsewhere!

Ordered some pizza to pick up on my way home from work. I ordered it online with a later pick up time. Sometimes I'm afraid the food won't be ready or it will be ready but cold from sitting for a while but neither of those things happened. The food was ready and hot. I was very impressed. The employees were super nice and pick up was quick and easy.

I'm a doordash driver, I've been here a bunch of times to pick up orders and I've never had an issue. I came in today to pick up an order for someone and my jeans were a little bit dirty and so was my shirt because I had to lay down on the ground and check under my car earlier. So I looked a little dirty perhaps like I was homeless. I walk in to pick up the order and I tell her the full name of the customer and what they ordered and she tells me she needs to see my phone to verify that I'm actually a doordash driver, she didn't say to verify the customer's information, she wanted to verify if I was actually a doordash driver as if I was lying to her. I have picked up from this restaurant many many times in the 4 years I've been delivering doordash in Tucson and never before have they asked to see my phone to verify if I'm actually a doordash driver. What they did was profile me and be discriminatory based upon the way that I looked it made me feel very uncomfortable and it tells me I truly will not be taking my kids here to eat in the future again as I do actually come and eat here about once every month or two with my wife and three kids. Nobody should be treated like that because of the way they look. She was really nasty with me about it too, like I was lying. Absolutely disgusting attitude from someone that's supposed to be working in the public!
