They DO NOT open at 1030 .Went there today 03/29/24 at 1050am and there not open. Worker's inside but there not open. You guys really suck I hope you lose your business. This is the second time I went there and there not open. It says there openat 1030. It's 1050 4/12 and there in there staring at me like I'm crazy the manager also and they didn't even try to come open the door. There was like 5 of us .Why advertise 1030 and your not going to open at 1030. I'm trying to go there for lunch now I have to go somewhere else.

Ordered the family feast (eat in) around 6:30pm on a Wednesday. While the cashier (Jaiana) was taking my order she completely cut me off mid sentence and proceeded to have a conversation with her coworker. I waited until she was done and ready to listen for my order but she still managed to get my order wrong 3 times. So first the wings came out. 12 minutes later the breadsticks came out 20 minutes later only one pizza comes out and it’s wrong. So we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make another pizza and it was wrong again. Then they forgot the 2nd pizza . That was another 10 minutes or so. It was a ridiculous amount of time. Then they gave us an attitude the whole time because we told them twice that they got our order wrong. Very disrespectful, very unprofessional, very disappointed and I do not recommend that anyone come here if this is the service they are going to give.

The staff is rude and lacks every possible customer service skill needed to work in this industry. They yelled profanities to eachother and who was sleeping with who in the parking lot outside. The only thing correct about my order was that it was round. I'm always giving this location a 2nd, 3rd and 4th chance. But after realizing the manager was giving free pizza to her friends rather than helping the customers.......here we are.I never have any issues with any other location.Peter Piper Pizza, do better!

Okay for kids, but better to get a good pizza elsewhere. Terrible pizza buffet. No sauce for bread, scary looking salad, Auditorium style dining.

We came for the buffet only to see about 20 people waiting in line to get pizza from the buffet and no pizza out. I asked the employee if we would be able to actually eat before the buffet ends if we paid for the buffet. He said he didn’t know. He asked someone in the back how many pizzas were in the oven for the buffet and she said I don’t know. We are taking our business elsewhere.

They came through when my daughter's birthday party got rained out. It was a great evening where we didn't have to cook or clean and got to enjoy the evening while the kids played. They also have a selection of local craft beer as a bonus.

Stay Away From This Location. – Site in a sketchy part of town. But also, the location was the dirtiest one I’ve ever been to in Tucson. Trash, EVERYWHERE. The tables covered in trash, the floors covered in trash, the game room…. Disgusting. I couldn’t believe it. The 12TH/Ajo location can keep with the high demand/traffic so when it’s so slow, this location should be able to do the same. This team need to go to the Ajo location and train because they were also frazzled and stressed and there was literally NO rush in this place. When we walked in, there was only 2 large parties of 8-10 people, already eating. No one else was there. The team seemed overwhelmed but at the same time, clearly nothing was getting done. Asking for a simple thing was overwhelming for the team and even put him his hands and said “OMG I need to regroup”. We just asked for a fork. – We will be staying away from this location. Broadway/Park Mall would be a better alternate if you’re in this area.

Anytime I go to this Peter Piper the food is always hot and fresh, they have a really good selection of pizzas and they try to switch it up. Sometimes if they're not too busy I could request a certain pizza and they will put it out. Salads are really fresh and crisp bread sticks are amazing, I didn't know this but you could ask for marinara sauce a friend told me she always does this. The game area is always nice and clean even on really busy weekends. I wish they wouldn't have did away with the tickets just because my kids are very physical kids and they like to see what they're winning but either way it's a fun atmosphere. The berry go round isn't always an operation sometimes there's not enough staff to run it, some days my kids only get to ride once, other days they could ride two or three times. It's free and does not use any tickets or points, unlike the other location that has a roller coaster and you have to pay for that separately. The only thing I would rate would star is the fried zucchini. They are very thin with very little breading and almost no flavor. I love fried zucchini so the first time I bought I was a little disappointed and ended up buying again probably about a year later and there wasn't much of a difference. I have never tried their wigs, I usually go for the unlimited lunch buffet.
