Big Time Peter Piper Pizza. David, the General Manager goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Awesome buffet, everyone enjoying it and of course all of the fun and excitement in the gaming area.

Showed up the our 3 grandsons for some pizza and game and was told that the empty restaurant was not going to be able to get us a pizza for an hour!! Then she says while surrounded by games and tables that their location is mainly takeout…. I had to just walk out… crazy!!

After 25+ years of coming to this specific location and having multiple locations to choose from, this one is my favorite. They have a fire oven that makes the pizza perfect! And I believe this is the last location in southern az with that oven. Correct me if I’m wrong. I went in on Friday for 5 XL boxes, (my son’s favorite pizza) and I had my newborn and toddler with me. They were so kind and so nice, they even offered to help me carry the pizza to my car. Great job on the customer service and professionalism.
I know for a while, that whole plaza was struggling with people lingering aimlessly there, but I did notice more armed security guards and i didn’t see one person lingering within their plaza. Good job on the plaza management for taking care of that. Room for improvement: nothing to add here.
Parking: Plenty of parking to choose from, huge parking lot. Just choose one that’s not on the main path to get out of the plaza.
Kid-friendliness: Since this place is specifically for kids to young teens , having my toddler (2yrs)running around and newborn with me, I felt like everyone knew and understood what kids do. No issues with how they treated kids on my visit there.
