Horrible, we order 3 Extra Lasge pizzas they did large, we say multiple times not green peppers hey put bunch of green peppers make and extra one and can keep they dont know how a hot surface work.

They had no one who could make tea.. we waited a while to be served I had to watch them put a pitcher back because it was dirty Same with a glass had to take another glass back due to it being broken. So sad love PPP but things are just going down. Lucky Pizza was
Everything was good up until we asked for iced tea they said there was no one there to make it yet they were all standing around wasn't that busy at all. That was the supervisor. Poor service.

Lack of supervision or management or both! Person in front of me had his order redone because it was messed up and he got offered a free drink and gift card. I waited 30 minutes after calling in my order ahead of time and had to ask for my order that was sitting ready and didn't get offered even an apology. Staff looks like they could care less. Past reviews say it all. This place has to be losing big money due to its horrible customer service.

They are one of the few locations with the old spinner oven instead of the rolled through one. It is better.
