Not the greatest selection of games, and the cool ones (skee ball, terminator, jumping cube game) are not working and dont even have a sign on them so their only function is to take your money. Food isn't the same as it used to, not as good. The cheese, sauce etc. Wings are tiny.
The worker easily re-added the points to my card that I lost on broken games, but then I realized the games that were in working order (maybe half of them) were pretty lame. I remember if a machine wasn't working, in the past somebody on site would come fix it right away. I know its for kids not adults, but still, I used to have fun at this place and now its just disappointing.
Another big complaint of mine is they replaced the tokens and tickets system with a 'game cards system. It is not the same - there was a definite charm and a fun aspect to dropping in tokens and collecting tickets. Its not the same with a game card.
In the name of increasing share holder value another fun place from childhood has been ruined.

Everyone knows Peter Piper! But this one on Oracle and Roger is the Best! Management and staff are great and today on Buffet day they were on point! I definitely recommend and will be back. We always come to play the games anyways lol.

Foods always good as usual but the service from the register to the prize stand was just horrible, first why ask if the family would like to dine in if your going to send our food out in a to go box then after my kids had a little fun they tried to exchange thier tickets and stood waiting for 15mins while the workers were in back on the phone, how would i know because as a dad i had to go in the back just to get someone's attention for my kids. After all said and done the guys decided he's going to catch an attitude with my wife and kids when I walked away, had the kids not been with me an trying to set a good example I would've drug him out the restraunt and gave him some good ol fashioned act right but instead ill be the bigger person an just post the review an hopefully another family doesn't experience the same service an garbage attitude, guess its just better to make the drive to the south side an hit the 12th Ave location next time never have an issue there.

The all you can eat lunch is a great value. Not a bunch of kids running around. They keep freash hot pizza bread stick bites and some salad ready for a surprisingly great lunch for children of all ages to enjoy.
They also have a cool new feature for the kids that looks like great exercise and supervised fun for the little kids. Game room was clean and games have working. Im looking forward to going again soon and even taking the grandkids.

Limberlost and oracle the crew that they had for Sunday is completely incompetent and the girls think it's funny to laugh at customers who pay a lot of money but don't get all their items and then want to hassle me to not give me the rest....the sauce cups for the ranch are barely even 1/3 of the way filled and they say they do half when not any other location does that, when you order a certain amount of wings and salad you get several ranch servings not just one single one, get two salads and have me one packet of sauce...got 2 xl pizzas and only given two chili packs and 2 cheese packs....this was an order placed 40 mins before 7pm on Sunday which isn't even busy or packed...the disrespectful girls laughing and taking it like a joke need to be fired for their unprofessionalism and gossip ways and the young guy working the counter needs to be retrained, the manager was prompt and quick at resolving the issue and giving me what I requested unlike the crew who seemed to have an issue with me getting what I paid for....please do better Danny (the district manager) who hires these individuals.

Greeted with a smile by a young man, Billy. Very professional and kind. Keep up the great work!!! Please acknowledge him.

We frequent this Peter piper durning the lunch buffets. 2 and under are free. There is always a coupon on the website as well.
This one is smaller than the other ones in Tucson but because of that it is less busy and I love that. Staff is friendly, pizza is good and the games are always working!
Update years later and still amazing service! They just updated a lot of their machines and are making huge improvements
Absolutely delicious every time, pizza and wings. In Tucson Peter Piper is legendary. 😀
Love it here!
Almost every game is completely broken. Total waste of money-- and the number of games is very small(just one or two after you take out all the broken games). Manager that was cooking 5/22 during lunch was very rude to multiple guests.
Had the family, including grandkids and great grandma. 4 generations enjoying the games and rides. Waits can get a bit much when it is busy, but to be expected. The food is fine for the kiddos. I only tried pizza. Next time, I'll try more of the menu. Overall, a great experience!
