Limberlost and oracle the crew that they had for Sunday is completely incompetent and the girls think it's funny to laugh at customers who pay a lot of money but don't get all their items and then want to hassle me to not give me the rest....the sauce cups for the ranch are barely even 1/3 of the way filled and they say they do half when not any other location does that, when you order a certain amount of wings and salad you get several ranch servings not just one single one, get two salads and have me one packet of sauce...got 2 xl pizzas and only given two chili packs and 2 cheese packs....this was an order placed 40 mins before 7pm on Sunday which isn't even busy or packed...the disrespectful girls laughing and taking it like a joke need to be fired for their unprofessionalism and gossip ways and the young guy working the counter needs to be retrained, the manager was prompt and quick at resolving the issue and giving me what I requested unlike the crew who seemed to have an issue with me getting what I paid for....please do better Danny (the district manager) who hires these individuals.

We frequent this Peter piper durning the lunch buffets. 2 and under are free. There is always a coupon on the website as well.
This one is smaller than the other ones in Tucson but because of that it is less busy and I love that. Staff is friendly, pizza is good and the games are always working!
Update years later and still amazing service! They just updated a lot of their machines and are making huge improvements

Almost every game is completely broken. Total waste of money-- and the number of games is very small(just one or two after you take out all the broken games). Manager that was cooking 5/22 during lunch was very rude to multiple guests.

Had the family, including grandkids and great grandma. 4 generations enjoying the games and rides. Waits can get a bit much when it is busy, but to be expected. The food is fine for the kiddos. I only tried pizza. Next time, I'll try more of the menu. Overall, a great experience!

Pizza was under cooked. I was quite disappointed cuz I love the New York pizza here but it just wasn't good today. The staff was nice. I also couldn't find their new app that they advertise free sticks for if you download it so that was kinda disappointing. But I do love Peter Piper Pizza this was just an off night I guess.

I wish I could give zero stars because I called to see the deals and I heard the deal for two medium pizzas one topping and a choice of bread sticks or cinnamon crunch rolls for $30. What a great deal right. Mind you I went into the store after I called the store number and the manager said no it will take you to door dash because he didn't want to take the time to hear me out I even when I called it and made him listen to the welcome message about the deal! So I walked out and you all need to do better on customer service! Went to 12 and ajo and they gave me the deal so after this review I'll give them a good review for their services!

Horrible experience STAY AWAY!! The manager Sunshine Martinez should not work in an atmosphere with children. She cusses out loud, rude to her employees, and lacks customer service skills yet she’s a manage LMAO. Several members of my party and a member of a party sitting next to us witnessed her hitting her vape while on shift. She doesn’t wear gloves or sanitize her hands after handing other things than handling food. She has greasy hair, stinks, and looks unprofessional and acts like a child. She smokes marijuana in her black ford on her breaks before going back inside. Absolutely foul behavior she is a disgusting human being and I hope she gets fired. I will be reporting her to the State of Arizona board.

Ordered pizza, wings, mozz sticks. Normal time for pizza. Waited 1 hour to get the wings and sticks... Asked how much longer... Was told will be right out . Waited another 25 mins ... Manager didnt care... She was ready to get off cause her kids were there and waiting... Lost a customer for good
