I ordered for delivery & it took an hour in a half, was $43 for a personal pizza that is the size of one slice, a small soda, cinnamon crunch & wings. The entire order was wrong. They forgot my drink, I asked for the wings to be well done, and they were undercooked, no napkins no straw, my pizza hardly had any peppers on it that I paid extra for and I also asked for extra sauce and there was hardly any sauce. The fact that they took an hour and a half and didn’t pay attention to any of my instructions on the order and had missing items, is extremely disappointing. it shows carelessness, lack of effort and a waste of my money. Also my desert, I asked for it to be lightly cooked with extra frosting. None of that is as offered. It’s hard and cold, no frosting is on it hardly at all. The whole order is wrong and not paid attention to at all. The person who put my order together could care less. Why does the menu ask me what my preferences if you guys don’t even pay attention to it?

It's okay. Pizza was just okay. Didn't get any salad as the lettuce was all brown. Ice tea was freshly brewed and tasty. The games weren't the best and could've given out a few more tickets for the prizes for the kids. All in all, it was just an okay afternoon.

I don’t understand how it takes a whole hour for personal size pizza period. It’s a small as one slice. It blows my mind how long it takes, and when I called to check on my order, the lady was extremely rude and careless. I went to the location and there was nobody in there. so it’s not like they were busy I just don’t understand what’s taking so long and when my food was delivered 45 minutes late, it was cold and stale and stuck to the box.

Want to spend money faster than being in Las Vegas? This is your place. I could not believe how much it cost to eat there. I took my granddaughter there because her school had a fund raiser. For three of us to eat and 1 hour of game play, it was over$80. Not to mention the quality of what they call pizza. Unless the fund raiser is to reimburse me for eating there, no chance do we go back. I would have rather just written the school a check and been done with it. I do not recommend you spend your hard earned money here. There are far better places to eat and enjoy yourself.

We did the afternoon buffet and wow. They have a large variety and you can request custom pizzas.Everyone with us thought the pizzas tasted good (little Ceasars good).They have a decent size arcade for the kids where you can play games and get tickets. The gaming arcade had about 6 games. Playing is on the expensive side and the ticket rewards are not that good.They place was clean. It looked like the just opened even tho it was the middle of the day and they were a bunch of kids around.

This place was perfect for a quick birthday bash!! The birthday boy had a blast and everyone was kind. Pizza has become a bit pricey for an Xtra large, but like I said, it was perfect for convenience and a small celebration.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the service experience my family and I encountered at your establishment on Friday, March 8th, at approximately 6:15 PM.As frequent patrons of your establishment, located conveniently close to our residence, it pains me to report that our recent visit left much to be desired. Despite only approximately 40% of the tables being occupied, we experienced considerable delays and encountered significant issues during our attempt to place an order.Our frustration began when we waited nearly 10 minutes to place our order, with only two parties ahead of us. To our astonishment, upon attempting to convey our order to the gentleman serving us, we were repeatedly interrupted and informed that the kitchen was severely backed up, with wait times of 45 minutes to an hour.While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, the manner in which this information was conveyed to us was unacceptable. Rather than transparently informing us of the situation and providing an estimated wait time, we were abruptly denied the opportunity to place an order and instructed to return later.This approach not only lacked professionalism but also left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. It is imperative for any establishment to prioritize clear communication and customer service, especially during challenging periods.I believe that there is a significant opportunity for improvement in the training and support provided to Mr. Benito and his colleagues, as well as a reassessment of operational protocols to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future.As loyal patrons, my family and I sincerely hope that you will address these concerns promptly and take proactive measures to enhance the overall service experience at your establishment.
