I usually donât ever have a problem with this location or the âpizza express â but today I had the worst customer service, Iâm walking in during a dinner rush to pick up an order I had placed over the phone 20 mins prior to my arrival and as I have before in the past walked up to the express lane for my order. As Iâm waiting an employee came up to me and directed me to the dine in line which was completely full with people waiting in line to place their orders. I asked for the employees manager because she kept trying to argue with me on how the express lane was closed and how they had no register there, I informed her I was paying with debit card and she continued to blab about the register not being there which in my case isnât even needed if Iâm paying with card and thereâs an obvious functioning debit card reader lol anyways she kept trying to argue so I then asked for a manager because why even have a pizza express lane for pick ups then? As Iâm waiting for the manager another employee comes and opens the register and proceeds to remove the âcash drawer âeven though I had just been told there wasnât one LMAO Once the âmanagerâ came I proceeded to ask him why have an express lane if I canât simply be helped for 1 minute to pay for my order and go on about my day. So the manager goes on to tell me they have âcertain daysâ in where the express lane is open which no sign or those âdaysâ posted anywhere which Iâm assuming he was lying about because how are we the customers supposed to know what âdaysâ your open with no sign? Which I asked him and then he switches his excuse for not being open to heâs âunderstaffedâ and doesnât have anyone to work that register yet I counted about at least 8 people on shift, and you mean to tell me you canât have 1 person take a few seconds to hand out an already made ordered and collect payment? Like what kind of management is this? So not only was my order already placed 20 mins before plus the 5 mins I spent communicating with people with no common sense I had to wait another 10 mins just to pay and have my pizza instantly handed to me when I could of been out in under 1 minute had the âpizza expressâ been open! Do better and send someone in who knows how to manage!

Probably the best Peter Pipers in Tucson that I've been to, I don't go often. The pizza wasn't saturated with sauce and crust was perfect. We did the lunch buffet thing and I was very impressed with their salads offered. Wasn't too busy as it mostly was working folks taking their lunch breaks but if kids were to go they definitely have a wide variety of games and rides. We spent in total $22 for three of us. Can't go wrong their. Pizza always available as well as fresh salads. My only complaint is just about every pizza had mushrooms on it. Other than that it was great. Clean and staff were very professional which truly surprised me. Thank you for a great lunch

I ordered a pizza they told me what time to pick it up I had a message that was supposed "track" my pizza when I went for my pizza the tracker said they were still working on my pizza so that does not work and when I got my pizza it was cold so sorry I love ppp but do better
