Unprofessional and such rude managers at the South 12th and Ajo location in Tucson AZ!! The two females managing that place are so rude and they don't even smile much less acknowledge the customers, not only that the rude snotty tone they use with their employees is uncalled for as well, the one with the glasses yells at all the employees for no reason! Those kids work their tails off and are more professional than the managers!! Yes, I overheard how they're so rude to some of their employees, too!! Smh. Those two female managers think they're all that and a bag of chips, especially the one who wears what looks like about seven layers of make-up, her nails are very, very long which isn't sanitary to work in the food industry with (I'm a pastry chef, I know these things) and her hair isn't tied back with a hairnet either. The other female manager wears glasses, she doesn't smile either, nor is she professional. How did these two women get managers positions?? P.S. I had a party here on 12.27.25 at 1230 with about 26 people, including adults. It was the perfect day and time to go, as the place was not busy. It gave the kids a chance to roam and plenty of space to play without bumping into anyone. The families there were polite and the kids were considerate, which added to the positive experience. The manager was in the kitchen making sure everything was moving along efficiently. He and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. I wanted the kids to have about thirty minutes of play before eating and the manager took my order and delayed making it so that could happen. Accommodations like that make the experience, because I was able to get the food/drinks side of things out of the way and focus on the party. I would definitely have a party here again. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. I have zero complaints about this location.

Incredibly rude staff! Got my takeout @ around 10pm. While I was waiting I was using my fun-pass card to play games with my husband. We wanted to play one last racing game before leaving , mind you we still have 1 hour left . My husband placed our take out on the table closest to us because staff already closed up the boothâs. We got YELLED AT though the announcement speakerphoneâs â NO SITTING ON THE YELLOW TABLES â. MIND YOU there is only one other family in the whole restaurant. So I go to ask Mari who was at the speaker if it was her, she said no and told me it was Jazmine . Security guard ends up pointing me to the âmanagerâ and I tell the manager everything . This whole situation was unnecessary and unprofessional! Could have addressed it in a different way jasmine , next time come tell me instead of screaming and singling someone out through a speakerphone, maybe say please and learn manners . Do better.

Enjoyed a birthday party here over the weekend. It was great until we got chased out. Lol understandable being they were getting ready for the next party. The pizza was delicious though!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me tell you guys before you book here that I was only able to get the pizzas of the party pack that I had reserved. When I went to order pizzas for my guests the employees told me it was a 2 hour wait for pizzas. How ridiculous is that? Horrible service I had my guest at a party with no food available for them, I was mad upset and embarrassed that I couldnât do anything about it. This place is ridiculous. How can you have mobile orders and not be able to provide for a party thatâs been reserved! I wish I could get my money back because it wasnât worth it at all! Very unsatisfied. Would not recommend. My daughter was crying in her own birthday party because she was hungry with no FOOD!!!! The amount of disappointment I felt is unbelievable.

Service on 12th & Ajo has declined drastically! My family along with other families that we were with, arrived around 530pm. There were many tables open, but no clean tables available. I asked the kid that was suppose to be cleaning to please clean the tables where we were sitting. He disappeared for 30 minutes, & then I asked him again. He was very upset that he was the only one being told to clean. Another incident....My husband & another parent were waiting by the prizes area, trying to ask an employee for the cheese & pepper shakers, & the young kid wearing his cowboys jersey yelled at my husband telling him to hold on. Security was then called on my husband because he went into an employee area, to get them himself. These kids need to attend a customer service class & learn how to treat & speak to customers. Then there were 2 employees at the jumping area, the kid with the cowboys jersey & another one. It looked like one of them was hiding from management so he didn't have to work. While everyone behind the counter was working hard trying to keep up with all the orders. Also, can't forget to mention the dirty restrooms!! Either you need better employees that are willing to work, or these kids need to be babysat while on the clock. Sorry not sorry for the horrible review, but it was the worst experience I've ever had there.
