We visited the old Spanish trail location. Anthony was so helpful and patient with us, he helped us purchase two mega passes for the summer. He helped with our gift cards. Explained everything in detail. Not once did he seem impatient or try to move us along. He's great!! The restaurant was nice and clean as well as our food was fast and super yummy!

They said they had wings but there were no wings provided. And there were flies flying all around and landing on by little sister. Very limited space for games and a lot of restaurants space. And TV was provided

Ok Joe the manager since you said I blasted you on google this review is about you and your bad customer service. If you recall our conversation I said I was not calling to get any compensation for the bad experience and you insisted in gifting the pizza to me. Now I know where your employees get their horrible customer service skills from,YOU! . If at any time you had a doubt about what I said you could of reached out to me and said never mind about the pizza and I would of been fine. Yet you had to waste more than an hour of my time going to your store and backing out and you also said your kin runs the store on Broadway and thats why they also have horrible customer service so thank you Joe for waisting my time. Corporate please look in to both stores this guy is unhinged and shouldn't be running any establishment much less a restaurant where families with children frequent.

Tucson peter piper pizza on the east side has gone down the drain on Sunday night I went to the one on Broadway by park place. The manager Abby ignored me and my family the whole 20 min we were waiting in line and then refused to make our order. Today Monday called in an order was told 15 to 20 min got there and was told another 10 minutes waited almost 40 min and was told again 10 more minutes cause they forgotten to make the cinnamon bread then after 50 min was not done they forgot again to put the bread to bake so when I asked for the manager Vanessa said she was the manager and If didn't like the service to cancel my order or I could wait and talk to her manager which she refuse to give me th3 name and finally said his name was Joe. If employees don't want to work just close the restaurant down for the holiday I hope this gets to some one higher then the store manager so they can see what's being done to their reputation

Although this Peter Piper Pizza is not as big as other locations, it is still a fun spot for kids to play. We went early one Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too packed. The customer service was great.
I always love coming here, everyone’s friendly and pleasant. Caleb helped me tonight as a cashier and he was so kind and patient! I appreciate that so much these days.

Slow service when I was the only one in line with 3 employees walking around doing random things. The pizza was awful, Pizza Hut is better sad to say. The proportion of sauce to cheese was 90/10% and I didn’t enjoy any of it…. I don’t remember Peter piper being this bad. My last time getting pizza here.
