Use cation when ordering from the younger staff. I have young kids and we got the fun pass so they could play. We have come here before and got the socks and game cards. The cashier didn't listen when I said we already had the socks and we already had cards that we wanted to reload. She tried to give us new socks and new cards and said I had to take them again...
That annoyance aside. She said I had to buy another fun pass even though the app clearly stated that mine hasn't expired yet. Im pretty sure I paid way more than I should have for no reason. I just wish that the sever would have listen after repeating myself multiple times.
The food has never been a reason for coming here. Some people love it and I dont know why. My kids eat it.
Just make sure you check the cashier before you purchase anything

My order was for pick up. I ordered a couple of pizzas and two Caesar salads. Once I got to my destination, the pizzas were decent for being Peter Piper, my expectations were low to begin with. I mean I had a gift card, and now I know why they were giving them away. When I got to the salads this is where the train flew off the tracks, they were un edible. There was a ton of cheese on top which we found out was to hide the brown lettuce that was underneath. If I had paid actual money I would have been livid, in this horrible economy and the ever increasing prices of everything I would have flipped my lid. But, again I had a gift card and it is what it is. Would not recommend unless you have no other option.

This is the worst place ever.... I booked a birthday party and last minute tried transferring it to another location. The first time i called to ask if it was possible to transfer i was told yes that Joe the general manager was going to call me back. 3 days passed and didnt get a call back, when i called the store i was given a different story everytime. I called the other location and spoke to their manager and was told that transfer couldnt be done that the manager should've cancelled it and gave a refund. I called earlier today 11/5 and the person that answered was extremely rude, i asked her to have the manager call me because when i asked for one she said they were too busy to help on the phone. I told her ive been trying for 5 days to get this resolved and she laughed and hung up the phone. The end result of this nightmare is that joe will not help me and will refund the deposit back. I have everything stating when the party was and that it was paid for. Ive complained to corporate and hopefully something gets resolved.
Also joe is very rude the whole staff are terrible. There was only one person i think his name was Anthony who tried to help.

They installed a new play place for a fee to the customer to use. Its 12 dollors. Its a little pricey however keeps the younger kids occupied. You'll want to call head to make sure it's open though. We drove 40 minutes so my 2 year old grandson could play. We were told it was closed due to employee shortage. There we only two other customers in the whole place already with their food orders. There were 4 people working . We had to leave with a crying 2 year old. The situation turned a potentially great night into a ruined evening with an upset two year old.if a company is going to add an asset to a busy they should figure out how to run it. Very disappointed.

Been coming to this location for many years. Tonight my husband picked up dinner and I couldn’t help but to notice that the sauce tasted off. For some reason it tasted sweet. So odd!! I used to work at Peter Piper back in my high school days and know exactly how this sauce is made and no extra sugar was ever added. I don’t know if this is now how the sauce will taste but if it is, then we won’t be ordering pizza from PPP anymore.
We also ordered breadsticks but that sauce tasted normal.

We visited the old Spanish trail location. Anthony was so helpful and patient with us, he helped us purchase two mega passes for the summer. He helped with our gift cards. Explained everything in detail. Not once did he seem impatient or try to move us along. He's great!! The restaurant was nice and clean as well as our food was fast and super yummy!

They said they had wings but there were no wings provided. And there were flies flying all around and landing on by little sister. Very limited space for games and a lot of restaurants space. And TV was provided
