I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the service experience my family and I encountered at your establishment on Friday, March 8th, at approximately 6:15 PM.As frequent patrons of your establishment, located conveniently close to our residence, it pains me to report that our recent visit left much to be desired. Despite only approximately 40% of the tables being occupied, we experienced considerable delays and encountered significant issues during our attempt to place an order.Our frustration began when we waited nearly 10 minutes to place our order, with only two parties ahead of us. To our astonishment, upon attempting to convey our order to the gentleman serving us, we were repeatedly interrupted and informed that the kitchen was severely backed up, with wait times of 45 minutes to an hour.While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, the manner in which this information was conveyed to us was unacceptable. Rather than transparently informing us of the situation and providing an estimated wait time, we were abruptly denied the opportunity to place an order and instructed to return later.This approach not only lacked professionalism but also left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. It is imperative for any establishment to prioritize clear communication and customer service, especially during challenging periods.I believe that there is a significant opportunity for improvement in the training and support provided to Mr. Benito and his colleagues, as well as a reassessment of operational protocols to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future.As loyal patrons, my family and I sincerely hope that you will address these concerns promptly and take proactive measures to enhance the overall service experience at your establishment.

8/24Came in at 6:22pm, Mr. Benito seemed frustrated since we walked in, yes the lobby was busy, it’s a Friday night, a few teenage girls were in front of us and he gave them attitude and said he would serve the ice cream after he knew what “these people needed “ he then called us up to take out order and when I started to leave my review he cut me off by saying they were not taking ordered for 45min - 1 hour, I was a little confused as Iv never heard an establishment denying orders, I asked for clarification and he repeated himself and said they were running behind with new hires, I get it, however this seems to be an ongoing issue every week here, who’s the manager? Why is my review not responded too? Is it because he’s the manager and he seems to always have an issue when we come here, something needs to change.Mr. Benito could be more pleasant, came in 1.5 hours before close, was rude taking our order, slammed our drinks on the counter, and is now slamming things in the kitchen while making our order, sir if you would not like to serve people at this time, maybe get another job that’s more life fulfilling to you, your princess attitude is not needed at a family dinning establishments. Store manager please address your Friday night staff.

Would give zero stars if possible. The arcade is laughable, the service is poor (only have three people working) and the mozzarella sticks are terrible. Very sad.

Came in to order 2 pizzas and breadsticks at 4:50pm with literally 2 other families already eating. I figured a quick 15-20 minute wait and out the door but no. 40 minutes and no food. They were so focused on prioritizing the call in orders they put ours off and when we asked they forgot the breadsticks and had to start that from scratch. The side chopped salad was only lettuce nothing else. When we asked for a refund we talked with Benito who was rude and impatient stating they were short staffed and we’d have to wait even longer for him to have time to refund. Already waiting almost an hour at that point with no food we were frustrated and I expressed that. He angrily refunded the money with his health code violation painted nails as he’s making the pizzas no gloves (no painted nails or artificial nails in food service) and practically threw the receipt at me. The only positive was the kindness of Katie the cashier. This location certainly has gone down hill and it’s sad. Need better management

You guy's at the Old Spanish Trail location need to learn quality control. The cheese was so ridiculous that our pizza was not edible. The pepperoni was all jumbled on 2 slices and not spread around. Whoever made our pizza showed no care whatsoever and ruined our dinner! Whoever cut and boxed our pizza showed no care either cause they should not have sent it out!!!!!

First time ever going to get pizza here!!I would have never thought there pizza was that good. It's probably one of the best pizzas I have had in Tucson. Just try it you will actually be pleasantly surprised.The staff super helpful and just nice!I will definitely be getting my pizza here from now on....

No Manager to resolve a Situation, the STAFF is Totally unfriendly and with an Attitude. We found a blonde hair in one of the orders of Hot Wings and the Cashier young lady took an Attitude about it denying it was theirs, when she came back to the Counter, she start pointing ? at Us with the rest of the STAFF and they were all laughing about it; They never Apologize about it and took for ever to give us a new Order of Wings, my Family SPEND OVER $ 200.00 in Food that day... This is the Second Time that something like this Happened at this Place, I don't want to come back any time soon after this !!

To my surprise the food was really good! Had a school event their and the kid loves going there.
Went there for lunch buffet we stood there 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take our order wasn't hardly anybody there at 11:30 and then when they were ready to take our order some lady that walked up after we had been there to get a pickup order they took their order first and just left us standing there the buffet itself didn't look that great anyway there wasn't any salad and the pizza selection was not very good from what I could see won't ever go back to this location very unfriendly staff we walked out without ordering

They're pricing has really gone up. But I love that they got some new games. I prefer this location over the one near the mall as it's less busy and less noisy. This location is always clean and staff is friendly. I do like that they've offered a time game card, instead of card based on amount of tokens. As a mom, it's better this way.The young man that was at the prize counter was so patient with my 7 year old grandson. He had over 1000 tickets and was the kid that shops his prizes "I want two of these and one of those"--this young man was not only patient, but clarified what colors he wanted and never looked annoyed at the amount of time he took to spend his tickets. I was pretty thankful for him!

Refused to assist at prize redemption after being told to wait by counter. After 20 minutes of waiting and again asking for assistance I was told they were not going to help. Short staffed. Only two people working. The response was rude and unprofessional. Understaffed on a Saturday with birthday parties happening is ridiculous! And to flat out say " we are not helping you" with out apologies is sickening! Many kids are asked away defeated or in tears because they couldn't redeem ANYTHING!Terrible service
