Do not use the Peter Piper app to order. I ordered through the app and never received my order. Since ppp uses it own delivery party that never delivered! No pizza and I'm out the money! Called for a refund and pretty much told to kick rocks and dispute the charge with me bank. Smh

I love this ppp cause it’s quiet usually. Small game area. Movies across the street. But the pizzas man 🤦🏽♀️ they put SOO much sauce. It’s dripping everywhere. Make you sure you tell them light sauce. Unless you love your sauce everywhere

Pretty put off by the cashier I got today, got to the end of our transaction and she tells me she needs my phone number. I say that I don't want to provide it and she says I have to in order to pay. I say no, I don't want texts from Peter Piper's etc and she says again that I have to and that it won't text me. I ask for the manager so we can figure it out and she rolls her eyes, goes to the back, and comes back and guess what? I get my total. I tell her it even says right here it will text me and we can opt out. Not a single acknowledgement of something I think anyone working the register should know how to do.
Food was cold because they didn't get the order out all at once. They also told us a pick up 30 minutes before when the food was actually ready. Horrible leadership and time management the manager wasnt even around during the rush. Crew is polite but the leadership is not running things well. Oh they also ran out of Pepsi on a Friday night.

Peter piper is usually good! Yesterday I had placed a takeout order and I showed up a bit early and my order was ready which is pretty good right? The only thing is the food was partly cooked and the center of the Chicago classic was still doughy. The zucchini sticks were also a mushy texture when I had asked they be well done. Overall I was unsatisfied as a customer. The quality wasn’t there.

Does zucchinis wear still kind of cold and weren't very tasty but other than that the pizza was okay but they forgot to tell us about the deals that we could have got but we missed out on it because we weren't aware so that's a big minus to me.
