Never again!!!! Now if you pay with a Credit or Debit card they have a different price from paying cash! Why???? Are they now not declaring their sales and just pocketing the cash. Food quality declined too. We go there but this is tgd last time. There are other Vietnamese restaurants in town that are better anyway!

Pho Nagn Tucson
It's conveniently located in the strip mall with plenty of parking.
This restaurant still has that old time mom and pop Asian family feel it's a definite classic type vibe with Auntie up front taking orders and the rest of the family in the back cooking and putting to go orders together. I always like to support a locally owned business.
It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. Having said that the service was fast and efficient .
It's also about being realistic about the food. This is not a mall based chain restaurant or a high end bistro somewhere. The food was well prepared hot and delicious. This is a Vietnamese restaurant. So there's lots of variety in the menu. I have the build your own Pho each time I have gone. I also have tried the pork fried egg rolls. I usually go for a late lunch. I talked to the owner and asked her how they made their soup and she said they boiled bones and added their own spices which is the traditional way to do things, I think they have a good soup base, all soup comes with sprouts and fresh Thai basil, I usually add bok choy, brisket and steak. They have plenty of other Vietnamese dishes too. I have enjoyed their pork vermicelli which is a cool salad type dish which is nice on a hot day, Pho Nagn 'is a classical mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant. If you enjoy Vietnamese food it's worth a visit.

Cheapest item on the menu $8 egg rolls. Normal range is $13-$20 a plate. I got a $10 sandwich with hard bread. The cook came out and said its not hard, its crispy. No bread is crispy without a bun sear browned applied. 2 bites in I tasted a spoiled meat. I asked for sweet green tea. It tasted like perfume and unsweet. The egg rolls however were yummy. The waitress was adorable. They still harged me full price even though I left the tea and sandwich behind. Waist of money, but I am on a student budget. 😮💨

Love the Pho, probably the best I've had in Tucson. Beef broth with brisket and rare steak. Also try the Pork Bahn Mi with a small side of broth for dunking. Slam dunk!
