I ate the Pin+Flour during my stay at the Eddy hotel and enjoyed every bite. The special that day was a steak served with smashed crispy potatoes and roasted carrots. The steak was cooked to perfection and every part of the dish was well seasoned and delicious. There’s outdoor seating beside gas fireplaces near the pool which was perfect after swimming all day. Add the carne asada Street taco, shrimp taco, wood fire asparagus add chips and salsa. The carne asada Taco was totally awesome, even with blue cheese, the carne asade shined. Service was slow
My husband and I went to Pin & Flour inside of The Eddy Hotel yesterday. We went mid afternoon so it was not busy at all. Very clean. The salad with strawberries, goat cheese and housemade vinaigrette was excellent, very fresh ingredients. I had the hamburger, cooked to perfection for my taste of medium rare, excellent meat and toppings. French fires typical shoe string variety. The bun was excellent, I’m not sure if they make in house, but nicely toasted and excellent...
