Been here a few times. There’s times when they are in the back but come out with in a few seconds. Today stopped it at 5pm and no one was up front. Only waited maybe a minute, nothing so we headed out.

Looking for a place to get a smoothie, daughter told us about PINK BERRY, and it did not disappoint, we will definitely be coming back. Also sampled the frozen yogurt OMG now that was REALLLLLLY good!! Definitely recommend checking out the PINKBERRY🧋

Wish I could put more stars. We always have a nice experience there. I'm sooooo happy they're open past 9 pm like no other place in Tucson. Their staff is always sweet even though they're young. I just wish they always had their banana for a staple.

Not much variety. You can get up to four toppings but you don't get it yourself. It's all taken care of behind the counter. The sizes are also too small compared to what you pay for it. I prefer the Yogurt bars where you pay based on the weight rather than set prices. This place was just ok.

I called to make an order with Uber eats and asked if z was she could put some of the ingredients on the side and she said yes and I don’t have to worry about freezing my mouth and I am just really grateful. I don’t understand why they get bad reviews pink berry is one of the best places in Tucson! Whoever did my order today thank you, you made my day!
