DON’T order the “dairy-free coconut” here! Went in trying to get the original tart flavor (my favorite) and the girl told me “something’s wrong with the machine or something” so I settled for the coconut because I really wanted frozen yogurt. Big mistake, even though I only got a small, it made my stomach hurt after eating it, gave me chills and fatigue. Then when I called to let them know, they said unfortunately they couldn’t do anything to make it right because I probably just had an “allergic reaction to the coconut puree”. The area where they keep the toppings at looked dirty and it was a very disappointing experience.

Would not recommend to somebody who thinks they’re getting FroYo that taste similar to ice cream! All toppings were stale!!!

I like it most for the dairy free options. :) finally something other than sorbet the coconut frozen yogurt is the best.

Nothing can beat the original with the crunchy chocolate topping

Usually a great place for dairy free ice cream, but came here and was served dairy full ice cream without any disclosure of a leak in their machine. Cross contamination is common in frozen yogurt places and that is understandable but our white coconut ice cream was pink and as ppl that are allergic to dairy that turned it to be inedible to eat. We had to toss it while being refused a refund, and beginning to feel severe stomach issues. Did not seem like this employee had any knowledge or care for food allergies and when asked for topping ingredients before the ice cream debacle they had no info and did not even attempt to look for answers. Went back into the shop 3 different times to fix the situation and left each time disappointed. Used to be pink berry go-ers and are now pink berry woe-ers. Farewell, toodaloo, from your local vegan neighborhood gays.

I love how they have lots of options for toppings. The serving size is good. Ample of parking space. The staff is friendly :)Nice treat on a hot day!

One of the last places in tucson you can find "tart" yogurt. Definitely love that they have my goto toppings however I do muss the DIY option of their old competitor yogurtland bc you get a lot less for your money here. Service was OK, the trainee was super sweet but the manager wasn't doing very well leading her & because of that my medium was the size of a small (from the same location on my last visit).

This store is right near my house so I took my toddlers there for a treat. The frozen yogurt was okay but the strawberry topping was mushy and tasted like old strawberries. I stopped eating them and pushed them to the side. There was only one young man behind the counter and he looked to be the only one working. He was very nice and accommodating. I could hear two ladies in the back chatting loudly but neither came out from the back. The biggest disappointment was the actual store. It was filthy. Dust and dirt and who knows what around the cash registers, toppings everywhere, dirty tables that hadn't been wiped down and absolutely filthy white chairs. I started to look around and realized there are tons of dead bugs between the plexiglass design and the walls by the lights and grime and dirt everywhere. Not a very appealing place to feel like eating frozen yogurt. At a total of $27 with tip for three SMALL frozen yogurts, this was beyond disappointing.

Best coconut soft serve I've had. My kids like the tangy sweet raspberry with oreo crumbs. Great ice cream alternative ? ? 4 stars because the store has one inside table, no outdoor seating and is a bit messy from the toppings. Overall I love the value and taste

Usually, I never write reviews, but my experience was horrible and needed to be written. This is a VERY unhygienic place, they don't wash their hands after handling money and going to the next person, nor wearing gloves when handling your yogurt or toppings. It's disgusting. It's way overpriced for what you get, and honestly tastes like cheap yogurt you buy in bulk. The toppings area was a disaster and the seating was very dirty. The people working their have scowls on their faces as if they weren't happy to be there.Honestly, never spending money here again.
