Pizza Hut in Tucson

“Food quality here has been great for me so far. They forgot mushrooms on one pizza, but everything else was top notch. They did offer to provide a credit, but since the food looked great, I didn't make a big deal about it. I'm not much of a Pizza Hut fan, but it's unfortunately the best option here compared to Papa Johns and Dominos. The food quality and service here are great in my opinion.“

“The line wasn't too long at all, I only waited for about 2 minutes before I was able to place an order. 25 minutes later and I was devouring a lovely stuffed crust pizza, which I also highly recommend. Overall it's a very nice place, the employees are pleasant and polite. Check it out if you get a chance“

“Pizza, pasta, fries and wings were great! The 2 guys that were working here were chill. They were nice. And professional. I had a long day today and was happy with the positive attitude. Originally I went to the wrong pizza hut on speedway and swan. They seemed overwhelmed and not in a good mood. I will be going back to this location. Thanks guys!!!“

“I absolutely love this location. I just got my order 12/9/25 everything is perfect fresh wings nice and sauced toppings spread evenly and my pizzas are always nice and hot! I forgot to get the girls name but shes always there and tonight she was working the register taking pizzas out the oven cutting them all well still being clean washing her hands it was impressive. Shes always so nice to 10 out of 10 this is my go to location. Im gonna get her name next time and ill add it because she deserves the recognition. Thank you so much for caring about your job! “Best Pizza Ever....but I ordered online and I got there My pizza was dark brown and hard?!?! So the guy was VERY nervous about making it the Way O WANTED IT??? but He did I signed a waiver that I wouldn't get sick bcuz He said it wasn't Cooked 🤣🤣 seriously I don't like hard crispy crust on hand tossed pizza, Sue Me 🤣“

“This Pizza Hut is open an hour later for carryout and delivery. That comes in handy when you've been moving all day and want something quick to eat. They made my pizza quickly and it was thoroughly cooked. Plus the staff person was kind and went above and beyond regular service for me. There's a reason why I like this Pizza Hut location better than some other ones. And did I see they have a lunch buffet? I don't treat myself often to carryout/takeout but when I do pizza from this location is always on the list of choices.

Vegetarian options: Veggie Pasta and Veggie Pizza selection.

Dietary restrictions: Can get meat free, pork free, beef free pizza, thin crust

Parking: Parking is plentiful around the restaurant which is located in a shopping center.

Kid-friendliness: Kid will like their pizza and can get a personal pan pizza of their own. There's also a few desserts that you can get them when they finish up all of their meal/food.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and restaurant are both wheelchair accessible, including disabled parking and a "ramp" at the parking spots. The accessible building combined with the parking lot makes this place completely accessible.“

“My family is a frequent customer of Pizza Hut. Normally the service is good, the food is good, and we enjoy everything about it. But last night was a goof. The pizza we ordered wasn't even cut properly and they forgot to put the chicken in the fryer so it was an extra long wait. Everybody has an off day and I will count last night as one of them and not hold it against Pizza Hut. As I said before, normally Pizza Hut is great.“

“I ordered a large thin and crispy veggie lovers pizza and paid it with my 300 points I had earned. I took it home and there were no green peppers on it. I took the pizza back to the location bought it from and ASHLEY was fantastic she, didn't question it, she said give me ten minutes ans I will have a new one for you.
We use to have a Pizza Hut in Oro Valley, Az. now I travel south to the one on Oracle Road, Tucson.
I want to thank Ashley and her staff for taking care of me. Great Customer Service.

“I ordered thru door dash but didn’t get my order in a timely manner. The pizza and wings were cold and not acceptable after the driver took over 40 minutes to get the food 6 miles.
I called and spoke with Ashley! She was extremely helpful and contacted door dash to get approval to fix the order and while she was still on the phone with customer service, my husband returned the order. Ashley requested they refund the full amount including tip and stated she would take care of her customer. I also contacted door dash and explained what happened and was told a full refund was given. Thank you Ashley for all you did to make this right today. You deserve a raise for going above and beyond!!!!! 👏👏👏“

“I never had a bad experience with pizza hut in general they're always serving great quality. I wish they would have discount for hungry teenagers and a hungry Chewbacca for a husband lol. Other than that I'm always satisfied with their food and the variety they have.“

“The employees were very kind, hardly any wait. I haven't been to a pizza hut in a while, but seeing a good portion of the dine in section blocked off was kind of a bummer, really threw off the vibes. An employee told me it was done during covid and the company left it that way. I didn't like that too much.“

“Guys, out of all the Pizza hut's in Tucson, this location has THE BEST Pizza. To me it is worth to drive an extra 18 mins just to get here because the food is always sooo delicious. Not only that but their Customer Service is EXCELLENT! The guy working the front desk today was Amazing!! You can tell they were super busy but he always had a smile on his face when helping customers and as soon as i came in, he immediately acknowledge me and greeted me. I just simply love to see people happy enjoying their job! 😊“

“What can I say? Fast food pizza is just average at best. Even the best prepared and fresh product never comes close to restaurant style pies. However, in a rush, or when I'm too tired to step back out after a long day of working in the sun, a carry out meal like this is fast and convenient. I do have to send a shout-out to the crew for being courteous, efficient, and friendly.“

Great food and customer service. Lately I've been ordering a lot of delivery from this location. Once the pizza was cold upon delivery and another time I made a mistake on an order and they have went above and beyond to remedy any imperfect situation.
