Pizza Hut in Tucson

“Pizza, pasta, fries and wings were great! The 2 guys that were working here were chill. They were nice. And professional. I had a long day today and was happy with the positive attitude. Originally I went to the wrong pizza hut on speedway and swan. They seemed overwhelmed and not in a good mood. I will be going back to this location. Thanks guys!!!“

“I ordered my pizza right before they closed and after ordering, something had come up that made me late. So I called to let them know and they said it was no problem and they would watch out for me. As soon as I pulled up they came out with my pizza! It was great“

“Food quality here has been great for me so far. They forgot mushrooms on one pizza, but everything else was top notch. They did offer to provide a credit, but since the food looked great, I didn't make a big deal about it. I'm not much of a Pizza Hut fan, but it's unfortunately the best option here compared to Papa Johns and Dominos. The food quality and service here are great in my opinion.“

“The weekend evening cook there provides outstanding and beyond quality every time! He is a outstanding worker and does a great job on every order I make there and Im never unsatisfied when I go there and that is the only Pizza Hut I go to since the rest of them are without a doubt a miserable and poor overall service. “The line wasn't too long at all, I only waited for about 2 minutes before I was able to place an order. 25 minutes later and I was devouring a lovely stuffed crust pizza, which I also highly recommend. Overall it's a very nice place, the employees are pleasant and polite. Check it out if you get a chance“

“Deen and Ashley I believe it’s spelled are awesome I called 20mm a before closeing got put threw to the customer care line I believe it is my order wasn’t taken directly at the store long story short I showed up 9 mins before closeing to be told the customer care line didn’t put it threw anyways they made it right and took my order and made it they are awesome food was exactly how I ordered it it was hot and fresh mannnn give these two a raise they are awesome couldnt have gone any smoother this late shift crew is doing everything right! “This Pizza Hut is open an hour later for carryout and delivery. That comes in handy when you've been moving all day and want something quick to eat. They made my pizza quickly and it was thoroughly cooked. Plus the staff person was kind and went above and beyond regular service for me. There's a reason why I like this Pizza Hut location better than some other ones. And did I see they have a lunch buffet? I don't treat myself often to carryout/takeout but when I do pizza from this location is always on the list of choices.

Vegetarian options: Veggie Pasta and Veggie Pizza selection.

Dietary restrictions: Can get meat free, pork free, beef free pizza, thin crust

Parking: Parking is plentiful around the restaurant which is located in a shopping center.

Kid-friendliness: Kid will like their pizza and can get a personal pan pizza of their own. There's also a few desserts that you can get them when they finish up all of their meal/food.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and restaurant are both wheelchair accessible, including disabled parking and a "ramp" at the parking spots. The accessible building combined with the parking lot makes this place completely accessible.“

“I never had a bad experience with pizza hut in general they're always serving great quality. I wish they would have discount for hungry teenagers and a hungry Chewbacca for a husband lol. Other than that I'm always satisfied with their food and the variety they have.“

“The employees were very kind, hardly any wait. I haven't been to a pizza hut in a while, but seeing a good portion of the dine in section blocked off was kind of a bummer, really threw off the vibes. An employee told me it was done during covid and the company left it that way. I didn't like that too much.“

“I ordered a large thin and crispy veggie lovers pizza and paid it with my 300 points I had earned. I took it home and there were no green peppers on it. I took the pizza back to the location bought it from and ASHLEY was fantastic she, didn't question it, she said give me ten minutes ans I will have a new one for you.
We use to have a Pizza Hut in Oro Valley, Az. now I travel south to the one on Oracle Road, Tucson.
I want to thank Ashley and her staff for taking care of me. Great Customer Service.

Great food and customer service. Lately I've been ordering a lot of delivery from this location. Once the pizza was cold upon delivery and another time I made a mistake on an order and they have went above and beyond to remedy any imperfect situation. Hats off to these employees, they're trained well and give that hard to find excellence in customer service in out businesses today.“

“My family is a frequent customer of Pizza Hut. Normally the service is good, the food is good, and we enjoy everything about it. But last night was a goof. The pizza we ordered wasn't even cut properly and they forgot to put the chicken in the fryer so it was an extra long wait. Everybody has an off day and I will count last night as one of them and not hold it against Pizza Hut. As I said before, normally Pizza Hut is great.“

“What can I say? Fast food pizza is just average at best. Even the best prepared and fresh product never comes close to restaurant style pies. However, in a rush, or when I'm too tired to step back out after a long day of working in the sun, a carry out meal like this is fast and convenient. I do have to send a shout-out to the crew for being courteous, efficient, and friendly.“
