My pizza was burnt. I got pineapple and ham and I only had a most 10 pieces of pineapple and maybe less than a handful of ham so not going there again..

I ordered a large thin and crispy veggie lovers pizza and paid it with my 300 points I had earned. I took it home and there were no green peppers on it. I took the pizza back to the location bought it from and ASHLEY was fantastic she, didn't question it, she said give me ten minutes ans I will have a new one for you. We use to have a Pizza Hut in Oro Valley, Az. now I travel south to the one on Oracle Road, Tucson. I want to thank Ashley and her staff for taking care of me. Great Customer Service. Don B. I ordered a pizza through the app and it said it would be here at 11:30. Its already 11:52 and I'm still waiting for my pizza. I called to see if they got my order and the manager Jennifer who answered the phone wasnt too pleasant or apologetic about my pizza being very late. I'll never order from here again....
Called in my order for carry out. Gave us the wrong pizza and charged my card double! Had to remake my pizza and make correction on my card.. get your shí—t together because this wasn't your first or second mess up.. ugh!

I earned enough points with Pizza Hut's rewards for a free medium 2 item pizza. Placed order online. Went to this store for pickup and was told I owe a dollar and change. Explained it was free, manager told me it was not her fault and argued with me. Not fun when I am using my reward that I had to earn. Eventually, manager reversed charge.Pizza was just ok. For some weird reason, they put a ton of olives and hardly any peppers. Also, they made the pizza with too much crust. Please, more sauce and cheese!There is no place to sit, it is just a take-out place.
