This man hung up on me when I asked the lady that dropped off my order I asked if the sauces were in there she said yea, they weren't. I called three times finally answered and as soon as he hears me complain he hung up.

I called for delivery. Apparently only offering Thin N Crispy or Stuffed Crust. I wanted Hand-Tossed crust which they need to make the Stuffed Crust. So for it not to be available is quite ridiculous. Having been a General Manager for three years for Pizza Hut of Arizona I know this for a fact. Also that if the store failed to order product, ran out of product, over proofed and disgarded product they should have made arrangements with a near by store(s) to attain product. The franchise has different owner than when I was there just a few short years ago. I would think the mission of Pizza Hut would still be the same. I asked to speak with the manager, was put on hold for over 5 minutes which is also a no-no. Never picked up and my call was disconnected. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and not a franchise wide problem. Not sure if I will do business with them again. What a disappointment for me and and what an embarrassment for the Area Supervisor. Wish I could be there when corporate or the owner asks them what the hell is going on at the Oracle/Roger location.

Terrible service, employees don't wash their hands, and pizza is ridiculously overpriced for the awful e-coli ridden product you end up getting. Pizza Hut is the worst pizza place I've been to, with the worst customer service. I hope it goes out of business because the quality is just unacceptable.

Horrible service . Called 10 times and kept being hung up. Kept being told that they were transferred to customer service or a manager than being hung up on. Ordered 2 pizza and got 1 and it wasn't even the right pizza that I wanted. Being a big pizza franchise I expected better. Complete disappointment. Pizza Hut has gone downwards. I wouldn't suggest this specific location whatsoever.

We ordered 3 pizzas and all were wrong. Called the store for an apology and the manager said he would credit my account for the full amount. I sat there for several minutes while he verified my info and added the credit to my account. Today I call to order and use that credit and was told there was NO credit on my account. I was SHOCKED!!! Why verify all my info and confirm it and tell me you are "making sure" is on my account if you didn't do it?!? How crazy!!!!

I am totally disappointed by this pizza. I come from back east, we're Boston style pizza means there's a cheesy crust on all the sides. This was like a regular pizza only rectangular. Don't advertise something if you can't deliver!

This is my go to place for a quick meal for the family when I don't feel like cooking. Every time I order from her the service is fast and friendly. Surprisingly I have not had a single issue with well over 20 orders. The only issue I do have is that the drivers seem to have a problem locating my location when other companies don't, but thats not a deal breaker.

(Eating the pizza as I write this. lol!) Pizza Hut, you stepped your game up in this crust. Thin crust cheese... bomb! Cheese sauce ratio couldn't be more perfect and the crust.. so good. It took almost 30 min but it was worth every minute. Still was hot when we got it. Pan is no longer my favorite. Lord, bless the hands that made it. May they continue to make someone else unhangry lol. #PizzaHutGang

Raised the price again u want $25 for the same size pizza as little Cesar's with the same topping they charge $6 last time I ever order here. Little Cesar's u can get at least 4 pizza for that 1 you u sell....

I ordered a pizza through the app and it said it would be here at 11:30. Its already 11:52 and I'm still waiting for my pizza. I called to see if they got my order and the manager Jennifer who answered the phone wasnt too pleasant or apologetic about my pizza being very late. I'll never order from here again....
