Ordered me and my grandson pizza 0nline, never received it, after almost 2 hrs i called the location, she said she would make it over, i had to uber to pick up the pizza, i asked for a refund for the inconvenience, she got really rude n refused. I asked for her manager name so i can call in the am. She wrote down the wrong name. She refused to give me her name to tell them who i spoke with. So heres a pic of her. I called today. manager wouldn't give me her name for safety reasons... ok lol. But thought id let yall know abiut the rude service. N the big inconvenience. No communication or empathy what so ever.

This is the 3rd time I have walked over ordered food and somehow, someway ended up paying a lot more for pizza and somehow not getting what I ordered. 33 dollars for 2 medium pizzas and somehow they forget to order my wings or pasta. When I realize and ask them they always have the same response with I didn’t know you wanted that. When I told you what I wanted and told you what flavor. I order here a lot as I work right here but it always seems to be the same person. Something is off.
I needed the attitude less then l needed their sub par ingredient excuse of pizza. The staff of this establishment apparently has some bizarre emotional issues resulting in a team effort at being downright rude and condescending. As a result of this lack of civility, I no longer subject myself to doing business here. This is not an establishment that l could ever recommend doing business with.

The only reason for a 2 was because the pizza was good. (to be honest, I was really Jones’in for a pizza) I won’t get into details but I ordered a meat, lovers pizza, picked it up when I was supposed to and got home and it was a cheese pizza. I called back to tell them they gave me the wrong pizza and I got an argument. They accuse me of Bait and switch, and after I went back and took the pizza, they gave me another one. No, thank you, no kiss my ass, nothing! The female that I was dealing with is rude and just flat out mean. It took six calls to corporate to finally get a pizza out of them, but I wanted to talk to somebody and corporate about their management choice, and that never happened. So I will use a different pizzahut that’s farther away from home so I can still enjoy my pizza and be treated properly.

Great food and customer service. Lately I've been ordering a lot of delivery from this location. Once the pizza was cold upon delivery and another time I made a mistake on an order and they have went above and beyond to remedy any imperfect situation. Hats off to these employees, they're trained well and give that hard to find excellence in customer service in out businesses today.
