The pizza was less than stellar. No flavor. Reminded me of the same consistency as cardboard. I ordered a large 4 topping thin crust pizza with olives, onions, pepperoni, and bell pepper. The order was completed in a timely fashion and it was correct. The customer service upon picking up was ok. The employee appeared robotic, bored, although polite. The pickup location is only for pickup, and looks like a hole in the wall when pulling into the parking lot. Upon entering, there is very little room for waiting and there is a section cordoned off leading to the rest of the restaurant. Gives it a dingy appearance. It wasn’t unkept nor was it highly polished. I gave it 2 stars because the ordering experience was good, customer service was ok, and it was ready on time.

Called at 8pm for 10:30pm pickup. Showed up at 10:20 to pick up order but the lobby was closed(web site shows take out hours till 11 pm) and the woman at the door said they had no pizzas for me, would not make any pizzas for me, and that me not having the 4 pizzas that I had ordered two hours earlier for an office retirement celebration was "not my problem"! TERRIBLE customer service! Thank goodness for Domino's Pizza! I will NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!

This place is horrible. The service is horrible, the food quality is horrible, the staff is rude. A bunch of kids who have absolutely no work ethic. And why does Pizza Hut need a call center to order pizza. I will never order from here again! There are way too many good local choices to choose from.

Horrible pizza. Crust was 4 inches wide and burnt from expanding to close to top of oven during cooking. This was a carry out order and they expected a tip ?. I wish I would have opened the box and looked at the pizza before I left because I would have made them make it again. Because of the expanded crust size I didn’t have toppings on a fourth of the ?. The only reason I am rating this on google is because when I finished eating them on the Pizza Hut site it asked me to rate them on google. I give them props for suggesting it.
