Terrible conditions of this branch. It seems to be abandoned. I was about to leave but I still ordered takeout. The pizza was average. They attended and served quickly, that's the only good thing. I don't recommend it.

The customer service here sucks. I ordered a family box deal online and my whole order was wrong. I called the store when I got home I was hung up 3 times before getting through to talk with someone. The guy said sorry and offer $10 credit for next time I order when i spent $45 on my order. The people making the food got the order wrong. The person at the window giving out the order is supposed to open it and show you order before giving it to you. There won't be a next time. That's an insult. Definitely dont recommend then and will be letting family and friends now to to order from this one on Valencia by midvale.

Ordered a super Supreme. So we got a 30 dollar pizza with hardly any topping. 7 pieces of pepperoni, hardly any cheese. The pizza looked baren. Worst pizza ever for the money spent...

I placed a near $100 order and one of my pizzas was the New Yorker pizza but instead I got a xl cheese pizza? I tried calling the store but it feels nearly impossible to get ahold of someone. I’ve stayed on hold for a good 20 minutes, got hung up on and “transferred” lol not sure what’s going on but I’m not happy about the mistake? I mean. Come on? lol

They charged us $65 for two pizzas and wings! I went in and talked to the manager told them to give me the big box instead. And they said no they wouldn't change the order and they wouldn't refund the money! I won't be going back to the Pizza Hut on Valencia on Valencia and midvale ever again!
Vegetarian options: They have vegetables to make an all vegetable pizza..
