Usually no issue. I always get delivery however recently my orders are missing items and when I call I can’t get a refund because the manager is not in so I’m given a temporary credit instead of my money back for your mistake. I’m feeling robbed since last time I was shorted my soda and sauce and was told there’s nothing we can do. But give us your money and no refunds.

This location at 1865 West Valencia is pretty bad. We have been sitting at the drive thru for 10 mins and no one came to the window. Had to call inside to get the uber order. This is bad customer service . That's why you have hardly any customers at this location. It's sad because its one of the only Pizza Huts with a dining room and half the time they close it. Just sad.
Food is good as all pizza hut, service was bad, and the place looks dirty, and tables was dirty and feels sticky all around. Not recommended to dinner in. Place is dirty.

It took 2 hours to get a pizza delivered last night!! The employee was clueless. Food was sub par. We stopped using this Pizza Hut years ago because they are consistently bad. We decided to try them again and they are actually worse than our last experience. Don’t spend your hard earned money at this restaurant. This Pizza Hut is by far the worst in Tucson.
