Personally I think it's ridiculous that you can't eat in the place. I'd like nothing more than to just sit down with a friend and enjoy pizza. I'll NEVER order from there.

Service was take-out only but staff let us sit indoors in the restaurant section which has been closed since covid.

Well, it was actually kind of sad to see what was once a Hopping place has pretty much turned to a ghost town I was the only one inside for dining they served me with paper plates,and there was no salad bar anymore I really would like for things to go back the way they were but I guess times change.

We got pizza to go. Usually the pizza is pretty good here but this time around something went wrong, the pizza looked dry and old, the texture was like eating cardboard with cheese and sauce on it. I'm very disappointed with it. To make it worse the manager made us jump through hoops in order to get our money back. We literally had to take it back to them so they could see the pizza. I don't know if it was a one time thing but we will more than likely not return to this location.

The employees were very kind, hardly any wait. I haven't been to a pizza hut in a while, but seeing a good portion of the dine in section blocked off was kind of a bummer, really threw off the vibes. An employee told me it was done during covid and the company left it that way. I didn't like that too much.

Although there was a bit of a wait at the pick up window (yeah they were busy) the lady at the window greeted us with a great big smile & an awesome attitude! Order was correct & food was great!

Tomatoe sauce tasted off. They skipped 2 breadsticks of parmesean toppings it was just plain bread, and the bread on the deep dish was plain no parmesan no flavor. The guy at the register kinda pressure me to tip, which was sucky. Pizza was warm. Its like they were trying to skimp out on the ingredients. Their ranch is to small and overpriced. If you have wings its not included. You don't get plates, napkins nor spice or cheese packets. Their quality is non existence. And their restrooms can use alot of work. I feel sorry for whoever works there. The owner of this chain seem greedy and sucks in customer service all around. Also their drywall needs work fyi. Hire someone. They say its because of the pandemic but its not. Every restaurant has moved on you cant use that as a excuse anymore, move on.
