If I could give zero stars I would. Clearly both pizzas requested cheese be on them. My pan pizza had some but not on all of it and there was none on the flatzz. The flatzz was supposed to have both regular and cupped pepperoni, it didn't and what's up with the personal pizza? Am I expected to pay for extra pepperoni so that I get at least one pepperoni per slice? Look at the pic, seriously pizza hut? 2 pieces for my whole pizza? Only thing keeping this location open is is proximity to the college but you can be sure I'll make sure none of my friends and family go to any pizza hut if this is the level of quality they are pushing these days.
Included my email order receipt so everyone can clearly see what I ordered compared to what I received.
Avoid this location and pizza hut in general. Go to a local establishment or different chain.

Just try to get something as simple as napkins for a delivery, GOOD LUCK! Store doesn't answer phone, it's outsourced along with deliveries! Next time it's Dominoes!

Bad service and the pizza was gross. The cheese tasted worse than the generic stuff you can buy at any major grocery store chain. Hardly any toppings on a 3-topping order. They aren't interested in keeping customers. Asking for an 18% tip for robotic employees and garbage pizza is laughable. Back in the 80s and 90s Pizza Hut was good with friendly service. Now they are a shell of what they used to be.

Pizza, pasta, fries and wings were great! The 2 guys that were working here were chill. They were nice. And professional. I had a long day today and was happy with the positive attitude. Originally I went to the wrong pizza hut on speedway and swan. They seemed overwhelmed and not in a good mood. I will be going back to this location. Thanks guys!!!
Ordering delivery from here is a frustrating experience. Expect them to fail to send all the items in your order. Before they outsourced delivery to gig workers, it was at least possible to get them to send a driver back out, after arguing with a manager for several minutes. Now though, there is no accountability. Didn't get something? Well unless you want store credit (as if) you can expect to be repeatedly told that "management" will have to contact you for a refund, then wait a few days and be told the same thing when you follow up. With so many pizza options, there is no reason to gamble with your money here.
I will never come back to this location, called ahead since all I had was a $100 bill and was told over the phone while on speaker with my wife that they cannot deliver and accept a hundred for safety reasons which is totally understandable but was told if I come pick up the order in person they would accept it. I drove all the way down to the location and they guy at the counter told me “your wife lied to you, I even have a sign on the door that says no bills larger than 20”. I have never seen a customer service worker with such audacity. If that is how they treat their customers I will take my business elsewhere.

I normally go and use a deal to get a large 1 topping pizza for $9.99. This time i was driving so i called it in and it was double the price. and instead of the guy being reasonable and figuring something out he just told me the deal was only for online orders and charged me double what i normally pay for the exact same thing. i’m tired of this place im going back to Blackjack Pizza.
