SAUCE SHORTAGE???? ?? Ordered personal pan pizzas. If I would have scraped the sauce off all 8 of them, it would be a stretch if I had a total of 1 tablespoon for all 8. Waste of money and not happy. If you can't afford to sauce your Pizzas, shut the doors. LACHOLLA location TUCSON AZ

I had such a bad experience! The lady I spoke to was so rude and unprofessional! When I asked for wings she said ugh what flavor and would sigh like if I was problem and when I put my pizza order in and I decided to change the toppings she takes a big sigh and says so you don't want that topping anymore and when I finish my order and thank her she's says yep bye with so much attitude I can see her rolling her eyes thru her tone of voice. So rude and unprofessional! She would not tell me who her name or her management name is. I will not talk highly for Pizza Hut on La Cholla I will tell how bad this company is for any kind of delivery or in person pick up we have no respect for others or customer service skills! and as a business owner myself I would want to know the name of the person and the management so I can handle this appropriately. I will be there in the morning to talk to management on site! I'm so upset and disappointed that I ended up going to Domino's to fulfill my order because I was so disrespected by Pizza Hut employee on La Cholla in Tucson Arizona! Below I have a picture of the girl who was rude and disrespectful on the phone! I text these photos from a someone who went down there to talk to them about the unprofessionalism from their employee and this is the lady that took my call and was rude and unprofessional!

We ordered a cheesy bites pizza with mushrooms and oiives. Paid extra for maranera sauce but received none. Couldn't find any pizza sauce on pizza. I guess that's extra too. Don't go to Pizza Hut on LaCholla!!!!!!

I'm disappointed with pizza hut the driver screwed up, upon delivery the driver took my order to the door of the house, I live in the camper on the property so my order was not delivered to me in the camper, when I specified I stay stay in the camper so I paid for a pizza I never got.
Hands down the Best Pizza 🍕 experience at this store. Great staff and customer service, and my order is always right & ready ASAP.

Placed on online order here at this location. Order was being tracked as it was placed for a later time. I got confirmation via email the order was ready went into the store and they said they didnt see anything. I wanted to give them the chance, but I Should have listened to the other reviews. To anyone else dont give them a chance, this place is a disgrace to the pizza hut name. Please dont use your money here and let them go out of business. Even dominos down the street on Orange grove has way better service and never dissapointed.

Ordered my son's food at 5:16 called numerous times after 6:00 driver showed up with cold food at 7:10 No response from Pizza hut after my complaint. 20 years of customer dedication shows me not to dine or order from here again!
