The phone service is horrible! I called 45 minutes till closing time about the mistake they made, but would not answer. I got a recording of music that said they were closed every 15 seconds or so. I had to wait till the next day to call. I tried it again cause they gave me a credit. I believe I got the same person this second time and told me there was no specials for deliveries, so I told him I would call back. When I did a few minutes later I got a different person and thought I'd ask again if there were any specials and this person gave me the specials. I can't say for sure if it's been the same person, but they had the same accent.

The last order that we got was not at all the way how we wanted it & whoever that prepared that pizza added "ONION" on it which we nevver ordered & nothing as we ordered as light cheese extra pepperoni &^ extra bacon & hut favorite crust extra but none was followed, rather only a few pepperoni slices & very little bacon & too much cheese on it & made very raw not properly baked meaning half done & very shabby presentation as well, This must be very strictly looked into. We felt so sad embarrassing for the way how our most dear loved pizza hut standards are being destroyed by certain staff that are working for pizza hut & ruining the image..So unhappy & sad..!!

The people that work at this Pizza Hut are so cool. The gal in the front this evening 2/4/24 I've seen multiple times and she is always super friendly! The cook that worked tonight I've seen many times as well and everytime he works the food is perfect. Even the gentleman that was in the back cleaning seemed happy. Its always nice to see people enjoying their job they must have really good management. It shows through the employees! I've been coming to this particular Pizza Hut for a few months now and I always leave happy :)

called over an hour before they closed to order 2 pizzas. guy answered the phone took my name and number, then put me on hold. a friend called about 15 minutes later and they took the order no problem. why was i put on hold without having my order taken but someone at the same location had no issue ordering?

We are regular customers of this Pizza Hut location. Our order normally is a large hand tossed pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. The pizza is consistently well made and tasty. There have only been one or two times when it was a little heavy on the sauce or cheese or cut in uneven slices. The bread sticks have also been consistent, with the exception of one occasion when they tasted like an extra spice might have been added. The customer service is good, they are polite and get your order right to you. I recommend them if you want a tasty, reasonably priced meal.

I ordered the family box with pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks. Everything was warm soft and crispy in the right places. The worker even brought it out to me to avoid bringing in my littles. Best Pizza Hut
