If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t know where to begin, this is not only the most racist but unfriendly and rude Pizza Hut I’ve ever experienced. After waiting 2 hours for my pizza, calling DoorDash and the dasher telling them she’s my dasher and them saying they gave my pizza to a different person and how I cannot get a refund let alone get my pizzas remade and sent to me. My husband went to see if he could atleast get the pizza from the store, Johnathan the worker that was rude to us on the phone and in person to my husband followed my husband outside saying racist comments about my black husband under his breath as he went back into the store. Not only will we be having a discussion with the manager tomorrow about this horrific situation. But I hope Pizza Hut doesn’t represent this kind of behavior for their band. Understandably noted that this is most likely a franchised spot. But wow is the words I’m left with. WORST. PIZZA. HUT. EVER.

The website got my order wrong, when I called to correct it I was hung up on several times. When I did get through after the billionth time the person answering was extremely rude and got the correction wrong. The manager called me and the 2 for $7 was 2 items $7 each which was super misleading. I got the food anyways because I told my friends I'd bring it for a party. I got my food for pickup (stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, cinnamon rolls and brownie bits) and it was cold and stiff. Pizza Hut must've changed the recipe because it didn't taste good. The cinnamon rolls were not worth $7. Wouldn't reccomend.

We found a hair in our pizza. The onion was not peeled and cut properly it was like chewing on paper we had to spit it out.

It was very easy to place my order through the APP. My food was made fresh and still hot when I picked it up. The location is small and right kn the corner of 6th Avenue and Ajo way. The staff were professional and made my pick up easy.
