I’ve ordered delivery twice and they forgot the wings both times. They got the toppings all wrong. They forgot a 2L soda the second time. I tried to call and was put on hold until they hung up on me. I then complained on their website and received an email saying the store would get ahold of me and they never did.

Delivery always and barely warm even when I tip and get more of the same when you carry out I got there earlier then the time they gave and it's still like it's been sitting for a while and bread sticks looks like plane bread and got double peperoni and got this

Staying in the area and the staff here seems overworked and understaffed but we’re still some of the nicest accommodating people. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed with how understaffed this location is

If I could put a zero I would. They forgot to deliver my 18pc wings. Called the number on the reciept and a customer rep answered as he could not help me. He transferred me to the store and was on hold for over 10mins.
Ordered delivery - pizza was overcooked, mostly bread and cheese bread tasted like week old bread. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Pizza Hut anytime soon.

Always takes longer than stated when ordering. And They always forget to cook part of my order so I have to wait for it while the rest of my order gets cold. They need to clean the ceiling inside also.

Ordered pizza online and paid left to pick it up when it was ready which it was suppose to be ready in 15 mins and when I arrived guy told me it would be 40 to 45 mins wait maybe 1 hour they had to many orders not enough help it was frustrating he was ignoring me and other customers were complaining as well! That was the worst experience I ever had! Workers weren't even helping eachother!
