I’ve ordered delivery twice and they forgot the wings both times. They got the toppings all wrong. They forgot a 2L soda the second time. I tried to call and was put on hold until they hung up on me. I then complained on their website and received an email saying the store would get ahold of me and they never did.

Staying in the area and the staff here seems overworked and understaffed but we’re still some of the nicest accommodating people. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed with how understaffed this location is

Always takes longer than stated when ordering. And They always forget to cook part of my order so I have to wait for it while the rest of my order gets cold. They need to clean the ceiling inside also.

Ordered pizza online and paid left to pick it up when it was ready which it was suppose to be ready in 15 mins and when I arrived guy told me it would be 40 to 45 mins wait maybe 1 hour they had to many orders not enough help it was frustrating he was ignoring me and other customers were complaining as well! That was the worst experience I ever had! Workers weren't even helping eachother!

The app said 20-35 min delivery so we ordered pizza. Pizza was still showing "baking" an hour past the predicted delivery time. I tried calling to cancel, but the line rang for 12 mins and no answer. Pizza finally showed up 1.5 hrs after app said it would. I wouldn't have ordered if app was correct with actual delivery time. Pizza arrived after everyone left. Waste of money and time.
