Nicole was extremely helpful and very customer service oriented when I called about pricing on their website. It is hard to get good, pleasant, respectful mannerism now a days. She went above and beyod with a smile on her voice just for my basic questions. Thank you !

Ordered from this location off Valencia in Tucson and the order was incorrect. Never got my drink I paid for and half the order was wrong. I don’t know how companies get away charging people full price for an order that is only half correct. It’s like going to a store, pointing out exactly what you want, getting only half of what you ordered but being required to pay for items you never received AND required to pay a tip. Scammers! Pizza Hut is terrible! The pizza that they gave us, was not only wrong but cold and disgusting. They are thieves! Never again will I order from Pizza Hut.

The only good thing about this place was the delivery driver was nice. Pizza Hut notification said he would arrive at 10:36pm, but he arrived 30 minutes after 10:36pm. It wasn’t his fault because the worker that took the order took down my address incorrectly. My order was incorrect as well. I got buffalo wings instead of spicy garlic. I never got my liter drink that I paid for. The toppings were sparse, the dough was dry and the pizza was cold. What a waste of $48! I will never order from Pizza Hut again. So not worth it! Don’t waste your money.

Unfortunately could not tell you about their Pizza. Called once was on hold for 20 minutes. Thought they forgot about me so I called back. Was on hold. Another 18 minutes. I find these hold times unacceptable.

The most saddest thing today was when I went to pizza hut to pick up my order and an elderly lady that had ordered a pizza asked if her husband who was elderly ( in 80's) needed to use the bathroom so bad!! The manager refused him? she said it was against policy and the district manager Brenda was on her way but she wouldnot allow it as well.. The elderly man soiled himself because of the inhumane manager and staff at pizza hut on Valencia same place as Jerry bobs!! I had to go next door to the barber shop and ask if it was okay if he can use it but by that time he had already soiled himself... So sad ? ?

I ordered delivery and the staff prepared the food and record time. The delivery was exceptional and the delivery specialist even asked me if there was anything else she could do for me. I was very impressed with my food and the staff.
