Paid $40 with tips for a pizza I would have got for half that. Charges a delivery fee then has door dash delivery 20 minutes late. Never again

The prices were not even on the menu, which i didn’t even think was legal?? One of the cashiers was really helpful and the other one, an older lady, was really rude and not helpful at all. The food was good overall, but not worth $30 dollars for a medium pizza and breadsticks.

I’m a big Pizza Hut fan and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at one. Extremely slow, terrible service, couldn’t even provide napkins or plates, and the pizza was awful. Like it had no sauce. Was dryer than that convo between you and your girl best friend. Avoid this Pizza Hut at all cost

Poor experience. Ordered a pizza and upon my arrival the doors to Pizza Hut were locked. I called they did not answer and I never got my pizza. This happened during normal business hours and even though I complained to corporate multiple times it has never been resolved. I will never use this Pizza Hut again and would suggest you don’t either.

From the freezer to the oven....pizza hut. The staff that work there though are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself was very clean.

Apparently Pizza Hut no longer really offers dine in service. They serve pizza but you have to buy peppers and parmesan cheese. I was the only one in there except when a door dasher came in. They don't list prices on their menus and they've only got two of those.

Indoor seating was clean although there was no ice or salad bar anymore. They are trying to make it just a take out and drive thru only. Last indoor dining location. New owners saving money I guess.

Placed an order online for delivery well they send door dash out … they also canceled my order without any notification then charged my card. Spent all day trying to get ahold of an actual person… unsuccessfully. Now I will have to fight this charge off my bank account

To begin this review, I should first say shame on me for not looking at their ratings. They’re really bad and I can now see why I used the DoorDash app to pick up my food which clearly states that you can have it delivered or pick it up. I was in the area so I decided to pick it up. The woman at the window standing there with my food, then told me that she wasn’t going to give it to me that I had to come in to the store and I’d have show the proof that I purchased it which I showed her my receipt right there. She was extremely rude. I went in to pick it up and of course she didn’t come to the checkout counter. She had somebody else come. They proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t give it to me as a DoorDash delivery person through the window. I’m thinking, are these people crazy? I told them that I do not work for DoorDash. I am picking up dinner for my family and it’s right on the app that I have the choice for delivery or pick up and I choose to pick up. They stated That this was their manager rules. I recently moved to Tucson, Arizona from Baltimore, Maryland and I have been so pleased at how kind and how courteous and how helpful people are here as opposed to my hometown, well this surely opened my eyes. This Pizza Hut on 22nd St is rude and the women at the r women was just horrible. She should be fired.

Ordered for delivery online, paid for delivery, paid tip to delivery driver only to be told it is carryout. Picked up order, oh gee, sorry, website messes things up. Once home, order not even close to what I ordered. Either online sucks, or this location does. Will try Dominos next time...

I've eaten at the 'Hut' for years and this was one of my first biggest disappointments. Main reason is the pan pizza which is their staple. When I opened the box I thought they'd mistakenly given us hand tossed. The crust was half the thickness of a normal pan pizza but with zero crunch. Very disappointed. We get pizza hut just for this reason but were let down.

I love Pizza Hut but last time, not good at all!! Burnt crust, burnt edges. Had to stay and wait for remake....plz get a better cook not the Dishwasher doing cooks job too????
