I ordered a big new yorker with extra cheese and got a cheese pizza and all I did was add extra cheese and when called store they claimed I ordered it that way so I will never order pizza but again !!!!

First we ordered Parmesan cheese and got red peppers which my daughter can't eat and she loves the cheese. While they were on time the pizza tasted old and looked over done.we did eat it cz we were hungry but still I wouldn't recommend this place on Oracle.

I ordered my food online for delivery and I was looking at what it was saying what happens next and it says it was delivered but I never got my food and I asked for a refund from them and they said they sent it! But I never received it! So never go here on oracle and stone!

Dry pizza is the worst especially when you ordered extra sauce. It was also way over cooked. Double dry. Not the first time. Three strikes and you're out.

***DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE**** I just picked up my order and am beyond disappointed. Pizza was overcooked and very very very dry. We even asked for extra sauce but didn't get it. No plates, napkins, cheese or pepper packets! I cannot believe I spent my money on this pizza which basically tasted like card board. We will never be ordering from here ever again due to this very negative experience.

Charged me the price of the whole order to cancel. I had this order in for less than five minutes when I cancelled. I hadn't even exited out of the receipt screen and nowhere did it mention I was going to be charged the price of the whole order. When I tried to call them, no answer. Sat on hold for like ten minutes.

When I picked up my order it was wrong, im glad I checked before I left because I live 45 mins away. The guy who was at the register could have cared less. His exact words as he looked at it were, "oh, yea, hmmmm..." never apologized for making the wrong order or making me wait for the right one. I should have gotten my money back. When I came back to get it, the girl who was there ignored me when I came in then handed me the box without saying a thing. Is this how customer service is now? Like I'm the one who inconvenienced THEM! So when I got home there was a long dark HAIR in my pizza. At this point I was done & just threw it in the trash. This is the most unfriendly, unwelcoming disgusting staff I've had to meet while coming here. Disgusting. Your all disgusting. And your attitude sucks.
If there were a zero start that would be my pick it's been several times that I tried to order get hung up on what they just don't answer you would think by now they would get that figured out

Thirty minutes late and the food was almost inedible. It was dry and overcooked. What a waste of money. They also forgot the only topping on my pizza. Plus, customer service was less than helpful.
Part two; well they gave me a free pizza so I decided to give them another try. Of course to get the free pizza you have to spend 15 dollars to get it delivered, which comes out to 23 dollars after taxes and surcharges. Am I the only one that thinks this is a pretty lame looking pizza??

Five years ago they had excellent top of the line Pizza now it’s so quickly made old nasty ingredients and NO FLAVOR!
I miss the old pizza recipe and top of the line taste
