Our delivery order was messed up. They messed up one item, forgot an item, and forgot add ons all of which was paid for. When I called the store I was on hold for over 10 minutes before someone finally answered and she offered to fix it by sending the correct items out with another driver. Perfect. Except an hour goes by and we have nothing. I call the store again and I’m hold for over 30 minutes just for someone at the store to pick up the phone and hang up without speaking to me. At this point I’m irritated and mad so I drive down there and ask for a refund for my missing item, the “stand-in” manager of the night told me she can’t do a refund and gives me a complaint voucher. When I asked for corporate’s number she says she doesn’t have it and tells me to call back tomorrow. Thanks so much Pizza Hut! Glad to know y’all are running such a great business 🙄

Breadsticks are delicious as always. IDK if it's me or if things have changed, but the pan pizza doesn't have that same flavor/texture. It's gummy and the crust isn't crisp.

Thin cut pizza, two different trips within a few days were done to perfection. The cost for a large came out to under twelve dollars with four different toppings. Excellent price right now in 2025

Guys, out of all the Pizza hut's in Tucson, this location has THE BEST Pizza. To me it is worth to drive an extra 18 mins just to get here because the food is always sooo delicious. Not only that but their Customer Service is EXCELLENT! The guy working the front desk today was Amazing!! You can tell they were super busy but he always had a smile on his face when helping customers and as soon as i came in, he immediately acknowledge me and greeted me. I just simply love to see people happy enjoying their job! 😊

My mom ordered her food and the thing is, when u call the store it goes through call centers only u can't get through to the actual store. Well delivery driver JAIMEE left the food ON THE FLOOR OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR without even ringing the doorbell and there was ants ALL OVER IT. my mom couldn't even call to fix it because she either got hung up on or was on hold for an hour and never got through to the store. It's BS and really unacceptable. People spending their hard earned money just to be totally screwed is NOT OK

Take honor in your job or work somewhere honorable!!! How are you messing up a 3 item order!! I ordered delivery for a reason and because my order was messed up I had to exhaust every measure to get it done right when it could've been avoided the first time!!! NEVER AGAIN

I’ve ordered from this place twice in a couple of days. The first time which was on Saturday they didn’t add the add ons I paid for. And today they didn’t send the soda I paid for! I called to tell them and I was left on hold for over 15 minutes. Completed BS!!

The restaurant doesn't have a way to contact them by phone. Their messaging on hold is the same one on repeat. The GM said phones were the last thing to worry about, his name is Brandon. This location forgot a few items off my pizza, and I tried contacting them and was on hold for over 40 minutes. I finally had to go down there to complain. Daylon and Roy were extremely helpful, the GM Brandon is not very customer oriented. Just know if you need to call and complain, you can't. You have to physically go down there to complain, due to the GM not wanting to have a working phone in the restaurant.

I ordered a big new yorker with extra cheese and got a cheese pizza and all I did was add extra cheese and when called store they claimed I ordered it that way so I will never order pizza but again !!!!
