THANK YOU 👍 My mom ordered her food and the thing is, when u call the store it goes through call centers only u can't get through to the actual store. Well delivery driver JAIMEE left the food ON THE FLOOR OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR without even ringing the doorbell and there was ants ALL OVER IT. my mom couldn't even call to fix it because she either got hung up on or was on hold for an hour and never got through to the store. It's BS and really unacceptable. People spending their hard earned money just to be totally screwed is NOT OK

Take honor in your job or work somewhere honorable!!! How are you messing up a 3 item order!! I ordered delivery for a reason and because my order was messed up I had to exhaust every measure to get it done right when it could've been avoided the first time!!! NEVER AGAIN

I’ve ordered from this place twice in a couple of days. The first time which was on Saturday they didn’t add the add ons I paid for. And today they didn’t send the soda I paid for! I called to tell them and I was left on hold for over 15 minutes. Completed BS!!

The restaurant doesn't have a way to contact them by phone. Their messaging on hold is the same one on repeat. The GM said phones were the last thing to worry about, his name is Brandon. This location forgot a few items off my pizza, and I tried contacting them and was on hold for over 40 minutes. I finally had to go down there to complain. Daylon and Roy were extremely helpful, the GM Brandon is not very customer oriented. Just know if you need to call and complain, you can't. You have to physically go down there to complain, due to the GM not wanting to have a working phone in the restaurant.

I ordered a big new yorker with extra cheese and got a cheese pizza and all I did was add extra cheese and when called store they claimed I ordered it that way so I will never order pizza but again !!!!

First we ordered Parmesan cheese and got red peppers which my daughter can't eat and she loves the cheese. While they were on time the pizza tasted old and looked over done.we did eat it cz we were hungry but still I wouldn't recommend this place on Oracle.

I ordered my food online for delivery and I was looking at what it was saying what happens next and it says it was delivered but I never got my food and I asked for a refund from them and they said they sent it! But I never received it! So never go here on oracle and stone!

Dry pizza is the worst especially when you ordered extra sauce. It was also way over cooked. Double dry. Not the first time. Three strikes and you're out.

***DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE**** I just picked up my order and am beyond disappointed. Pizza was overcooked and very very very dry. We even asked for extra sauce but didn't get it. No plates, napkins, cheese or pepper packets! I cannot believe I spent my money on this pizza which basically tasted like card board. We will never be ordering from here ever again due to this very negative experience.

Charged me the price of the whole order to cancel. I had this order in for less than five minutes when I cancelled. I hadn't even exited out of the receipt screen and nowhere did it mention I was going to be charged the price of the whole order. When I tried to call them, no answer. Sat on hold for like ten minutes.
