I came nearly an hour before closing which I felt bad about, but thats why im also leaving this review! I just wanted to say thanks to Jose for providing excellent customer service! I also noticed the first thing he did when i walked in was wash his hands, that is a huge Plus in my book!My order was prepared quickly and was very good! It's been a long time since my last visit to a pizza hut, i will say this definitely draws me back in with this experience!Thanks Jose for your excellent service as well as cleanliness!

Food is always awesome. Delivery the fastest. The only area needing improvement is that I always ask for contactless delivery and the driver always comes to door and waits there to hand off pizza box.

Derek gm way to hostel. Came in for interview. Didn't wanna work their so I left. Customer service solid 3. I missed up on his nane. He acted like he didn't know who I was. I believe you should do a secret shopper recommend a Hispanic. See if you get the same

This is the best pizza hut in town, INSANELY good pizza, and it's always ready before I get there, like 15 minutes tops. So good. And the manager is extremely nice and keeps his place clean.Parking: S'good

So when my pizza came it honestly tasted pretty much like wet dough and on top of it, I had ordered marana sauce with it & that made my experience sick more so the garlic knots as well didn't taste very good at all. I had got this one particular order because it said it came with my favorite ultimate cookie as well and I was hyped about telling my friends about trying it, that it's so good and of coarse, that tasted of dough in some parts and then was burnt or overly cooked on other parts of the whole cookie and it usually comes with chocolate in the middle and for some reason there wasn't any and I have pics of that but unfortunately the rest must've gotten deleted when I was clearing out my storage room for my phone to make space inside my phone. You can see how the cookie had almost no chocolate like it usually does which also became to be a huge bummer for me.. I ordered this on the 12th so I'm not sure if they would even take my review of everything anymore but life's just been busy so much that it totally slipped my mind to remember saying anything then, i guess i really was disappointed because this is one of my favorite pizza places to eat out at amd i love there customer service and there usually spot on but with everything just being so much higher on basically everything it just sucked to know I spent some of the last of my money on something that I didn't even bother to eat alot of plus i paid for delivery so it just makes me sad..

I had to wait a little longer than expected because of a mishap, but the employee gave a free Pepsi bottle for my wait. Never had an issue at this location.Parking: There is always parking nearby outside of really busy hours.

1st time they completely got my order wrong so I had to wait while they remade it. Okay, mistakes happen. The employee was very nice about it and gave me credit for in the future, so it was okay. The next time, I ordered in person and told them I would wait outside) there were no other customers there waiting when I went back in after it was ready, but I had to stand around for a good 10 minutes plus while he continued making other people’s pizzas (yes he saw me and acknowledged me). When he finally got around to helping me, I asked a simple question and got attitude. My pizza was barely lukewarm, the cheese had already gone cold and hardened and the topping looked and tasted stale/dried out. Basically it looked like a 2 day old pizza. I won’t be back. They didn’t even try.

Normally this is a 5 star pizza hut. I go here at least twice a month if not more. Lately the quality of the food is going down. Last night was by far the worst I've gotten. Both pizzas over cooked. I asked for light sauce on the cheese pizza and got no sauce. Thankfully my kids aren't picky eaters and still ate it but highly considering going to a new pizza hut even if it's further away ?

Place is a ripoff they told me the smallest size they sell is a medium pizza. And for a medium pepperoni I paid $17.59 on the website menu it has a large pepperoni for $9.99. The receipt doesn’t state anything about the order just a total amount. Seems like a scam, I’d avoid this restaurant. The guy told me that it’s only available on the website and prices are very different in the store. Again total scam. Glad I checked online apparently I’m not the only one.
