Really tasty Italian style pizza. Love the Fig, Pig and Goat pizza and the sausage bianca pizza. Also they make a killer salad called the Little Gems salad with crispy bacon. A little pricey but worth it when you want a fancier pizza.I already loved this place but the fact that they are closed because they want their staff to be vaccinated makes me like them even more. ❤️❤️❤️ Can't wait for them to reopen!
Pizza Luna has become one of our highest ranked places in Tucson (and technically all of AZ, but I can’t say we’ve tried most of the pizza places in the Phoenix area). So far, their puttanesca is the only pizza we haven’t had. Every pizza has been great and I’m extremely pleased to have found their margarita pizza as it’s my all time favorite. Their prosciutto is also to die for.
No bathroom at this location, which was a big bummer for the toddler. But....great pizza! Crust is fantastic (my favorite style of crust, puffy and airy, easy to chew and good flavor) and pepperoni was super yummy. Also really liked the figs and bacon on their fig, pig, and goat pizza.I hope they are successful and can open more locations. Also I hope they start selling their dough as a take home purchase option for diy pizzas at home.
I came here with my family when they traveled to Tucson from Minnesota for Thanksgiving. This was hands down our favorite place we ate! The pizza and garlic knots are AMAZING, and definitely the best that I’ve had in Tucson. Beyond that, the staff is the nicest I’ve encountered in the area. The vibe there is absolutely amazing and everyone working is so sweet and helpful. I’ll definitely be bringing my friends here in the future, I can’t wait to visit again!
The best pizza in Tucson. The best pizza I've had in years, and I travel a lot. The crust is perfection, both flavor and chewy texture. I order the Margherita. I ask for extra sauce. I have eaten in the famous pizza places in Naples, Italy and love the pizza there. But this pizza crust has a bit more oomph. Luna is the only place I'll go to for pizza here in Tucson.
Awesome pizza. One of the best I've had in AZ. Very friendly service too. Always enjoy pizza at Pizza Luna. Geat location too.
Great pizza, Fresh ingredients and they toss they're own dough. Great place to come with the family
Found this spot on a lucky Google search. I've been looking for real, good fresh pizza since I moved to Tucson some years back. Wow! Everything here was so delicious and fresh. The guy working the counter, Travis, had such a great energy and was working hard to make sure everyone had what they needed. Appreciate the positive energy and amazing food! I will be back for sure!
This was my 2nd time coming here and they again did not disappoint. I can never pick what I want because it's all so amazing! Their mozzarella is literally to die for. They were a little busy tonight and I waited maybe 15 minutes longer than what they said, but I most definitely did not mind. What do you expect for a pizza place that's absolutely delicious??♀️HIGHLY recommend ?
Will not go back!! Entered store for pick up and employee was helping customer in front of me,finished, looked at me and walked away. NO acknowledgement that I was even there. I guess me cussing under my breath gained there attention again. Also not impressed with their salad.hurriedly made, full leafs, not chopped. Dressing thick like cold butter. Unable to drizzle on ( I chopped it) salad Just super disappointed all around. Pizza was good!

I placed a takeout order from Pizza Luna. I ordered the Garlic Knots, the Luna Lemonade, and a large Chicken Chorizo Pizza. My food came out hot, fresh, and smelled great. You can order take out online using their website which is very convenient. The Garlic Knots were crispy, had a soft center, and had delicious garlic notes while I ate them. The Luna Lemonade was very tart on the first sip. After the first sip I got used to the taste of the lemonade. I imagine the tartness came from real lemons being used to make the lemonade. The lemonade was good overall. The Chicken Chorizo Pizza was huge for a large! I enjoyed the pizza as well. I look forward to trying a different pizza next time.Attached are photos of the Garlic Knots, and the Chicken Chorizo Pizza.I'd recommend Pizza Luna for someone wanting quality pizza and different food offerings.
Amazing pizza
The best pizza in Tucson!
Got a Margharita and Bianca pizza to go. Both tasted amazing even after the journey home. Can't wait to try the salad next. This was probably the best Napolitano pizza I've had in Tucson besides Scordatos, but easily competes with them.
This has become my favorite to go pizza place. Their pizzas are excellent. I prefer their take and bake which means I can take it home and finish baking it so that it's super hot when I serve it. I almost always have it for lunch. They have a lunch special on their pepperoni and or cheese pizza.
