Awesome experience. We stopped in on our way back to CA for some lunch. The hostess/cashier/owner? that took our order was the perfect example of how customer Service should be! Very friendly, inviting and made us feel welcome.We had the Dagwood Sub and Chicken Tortilla Wrap. They were excellent.Good Service, and good food at one location, is rare these days, but at Planet sub Service and good food exists.

Wow. That's the word I used to describe Plant Sub when I finished my meal. That's a special experience at a modest sub shop. I've rarely had a dining experience where I truly felt the owners and staff were happy to see me. They were fun, accommodating and very generous. I felt more like I was eating at my own family's restaurant than at a business I had never been to. It's very clear to me now why they have such great reviews and I will certainly be back. Food was great but service was above and beyond!

I’ve eaten at the one in Chandler many times and was so happy to see there’s a planet sub here in Tucson as well. This planet sub was absolutely delicious and the owners were fantastic people they are very sweet and wholesome. Will be returning many times. It’s a must eat at sandwich shop.
Absolutely LOVED Planet Sub! The service is unmatched and they are so kind and friendly. The subs are so fresh and the bread is incredible. You can smell the fresh bread baking from outside the building.

We have visited twice and plan to return. First thing you need to know is they are not affiliated with the corporate Planet Subs. You will not be able to use your app and will not get points. There is online ordering with Storefront by DoorDash. You get to it by going to google and pick online ordering, not from any app. The owner is very nice. The location is very convenient. The atmosphere feels more like a local deli than a corporate location like Subway or Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are HUGE. Big enough for two meals. On our first order my husband chose a turkey club. He liked it very much. He mentioned to me that it got warm being next to my hot sandwich and would prefer it to be kept separate. More on that later**. I ordered a cheesesteak. It was okay and not exactly how I ordered it. The sandwich was marked TAXI. I did not order that sandwich. It had jalapenos on it that I had to pick off. I had already bitten into it and had jalapeno on my tongue. Very disconcerting. I tried calling the store multiple times but could not get through.This week we wanted subs and thought to try them again. I tried calling a couple times because I wanted to make sure my sandwich was correct this time. I could not get through, so i used the DoorDash option again. My husband ordered a tuna salad sub and I ordered a chicken club without cheese. I must interject here and tell you that the sandwiches are made quickly. VERY quickly. We order and leave immediately to pick them up. Both times they were totally ready for us. So, when I arrived I immediately started to pull out my husband's sandwich knowing he mentioned it got warm last time. BUT the tuna salad sandwich was also hot. I discussed this with the owner and she told me that **ALL SANDWICHES ARE HOT**. We didn't realize this. It explains why his turkey club was warm last time. I told her there was no way my husband would eat a tuna salad sandwich that was warm. She kindly remade the sandwich for him. I found out if you want it to be cold, you have to mark that in the comments. He loved his sandwich (the second cold one). My chicken club was delicious. I will continue to order with DoorDash and try some other options.Vegetarian options: I noticed multiple vegetarian options.
