The 30m wait was well worth it. I could smell the food which just made me more anxious to get inside sit down and break up a red chili burrito smothered with green New Mexico chili sauce, and an iced tea Of course, I am on a diet. I left that place waddling out.. Sorry for no pictures but I couldn't wait.
The food is genuine new Mexican cuisine. My family is from New Mexico and it's up to our standards. The service is always extremely friendly and accommodating. I also love the pueblo building they have their location in, it's wonderful. Would recommend and is one of my favorite restaurants in Tucson!
The best Chicken Tortilla Soup around! Consistent recipe, large portions and so very rich! Their sour cream enchiladas are so good. Made with Hatch, New Mexico Green chilies! And you can buy their Hatch New Mexico Green Chile sauce for DIY enchiladas at home, for your gatherings and for your work parties! They also do large corporate caterings in their Banquet room!
