I love their specials but customer service is sorely lacking. Spent over 10 minutes in the drive thru waiting for them to tell me they were CLOSED at 12:00 p.m. after I decided to just pull up to the window. Seriously?! No sign, people in the dining room. Rude! Could have said something waaay sooner.
Chicken is delicious and sides are pretty tasty also.
Ordered 48 piece catering package to feed 20. Cost was higher than expected/than online quite. However, everyone enjoyed excellently-prepared, very tasty chicken and sides. Future pitches for sure.
My family and I got a family meal with two whole chickens and side which was totally over priced. The chickens was tender but small and the sides were puny in size. Definitely not family size of containers. I will not be going back.
I have never had a dish that I did not like. Highly recommend it.
Old chicken. Nothing was fresh. Even the steak was tasteless. Best thing about the meal was the salsa and the tortilla.
Delicious, savory chicken.
It was okay. Took kind I'd a while to get my food. They forgot my drink.
Great service, great food especially nopal salad
great food every time we go....we have been eating at pollo feliz for 20 years...they have consistently had great food and great service...the chicken is always cooked perfect...the rice is soft and the beans have a lot of flavor...we also got the horchata because you can't order all that food with out a drink ..the horchata is yummie not to sweet and a good flavor...thank you for the years of amazing food and service

Already came to this location 3 times oh my god it’s the best stop going to nicos and get your self a better bigger real everything in ur burrito for cheaper bomb.com
It is now the 4th time they forget the cheese and sour cream in my grilled chicken burrito. I'm starting to think they do it on purpose to save on ingredients (cheese, sour cream, and avocado are pricey ingredients compared to the other ingredients). Or maybe they should change the sign that says the burrito has cheese and sour cream in it. I got drive-thru so it was too far to go back by the time I started eating it.I did ask for no guacamole and pico de gallo in it, but I was expecting the cheese and sour cream. It was the driest bean, rice, and chicken burrito ever. The ingredients didn't taste bad, just dry. It was a huuuge burrito...but it was almost all rice and beans (the cheaper ingredients).I specifically came to Pollo Feliz instead of Pollo Loco because they are a smaller business, but I don't think I'll be showing any friends Pollo Feliz. Not after they made the same mistake 4 times. Pollo Loco may not taste as good (they are close) but at least it is not overpriced.
Excellent chicken and service. Fresh salsa and guacamole.
Why not love this place, jkGreat food service and price...
