Best fast food place here in Tucson at reasonable prices. Not too expensive and they are always so hard working. I know I'm getting close to pollo feliz when all I smell is fresh grilled chicken. Also chicken is always delicious and cooked right now dey at all and cooked thoroughly. Shout-out to Fabian for continuing this business and leaving his customers satisfied with wanting to always come back. Last but not least very friendly employees and they get your food to you pretty fast thank you for the best food restaurant ever. Also are y'all hiring

These people are just the best I even made a mistake on my order and they fixed it! Just wonderful people!
If I could put 0 stars I would. I pulled up at 800pm and the sign says they close at 9pm the guy told us they were closed. Very disappointed due to this being the only one that's closer to my house. I hope this reaches corporate because they lost at least 200$ tonight.

Hit and miss with this place. Staff is never happy to serve us. We are regulars and we are not demanding nor picky nor want or ask for more than what is offered yet we never get greeted we never have a cashier or employee help us with a good attitude. Managers included. Place is not kept up tables always dirty. Still we always come back ?
The food and service is always great. The chicken is juicy and tender. The rice beans and tortillas are delicious. Been a regular for years and it never dissapoints.

Today I waited 30 mins on the drive, waiting for my order, there was only 1car ahead of me. I had to backed my car off and left that place. If you are in a rush don't come.

Ordered whole chicken meal and I got it all burn dry in cold I was upset. I called them. I told the lady how we got our chicken in the only thing she say . oh OK not we’re close . Not even apologize for what I got . I paid $33.00 and this is what I got a burn chicken I would not recommend you pollo feliz.
