First thing: If you read through the Reviews, you will Notice that the Owner/Manager only responds to the 5-Star Reviews !! Apparently has no ability to deal with the Real Issues, of which there are many. Maybe if their contract is put in jeopardy ?? My experience, like many others.. very slow service by staff who obviously do not want to be there ! Last time I'll waste money on chicken that tasted like it had been re-cooked 2-3 times ????

Good food, but this location is consistently insanely slow, even when there’s almost nobody around.

Service was good, not busy. Food was good, chicken tenders were crunchy but no bbq sauce to eat them with only ranch. Rice and beans were terrible. French fries had no taste. Eatery tables were clean, soda was good.

Not so great. The fries were good, the biscuit was good, rice and beans okay. The chicken was dry and not enough diet soda choices. I probably won’t go back.

Ordered a 12 piece for $30 thru door dash just to get an 8 piece for half that price. Tried calling about the correct order or a partial refund and they kept hanging up on me. Please go to a different location and if u door dash, be sure it's not on the AFB cuz they will not help fix any sort of problems.

They continuously forget items in your order. You have to check your bag before you leave the counter.

The service is painfully slow and incompetent, often forgetting multiple elements of people's orders. The Good is disappointing. My tendies were hard and chewy.

Waited at least 20 min for order..workers didn't seem to care about service, cleanliness, or available food. 1st bad experience here on base..please get better workers(interview GOOD people that care about their job)

The blackened chicken I ordered today was 3 little pieces 3inch long and dried out like a bone.

We have only been twice. 1st time they didn’t give us our biscuits. 2nd time they gave us potatoes instead of red beans and rice.

Stopped by for a drink. I love their sweet tea ?. Food here tastes the same as other locations. They seem to be short of an item every time I order. Not as bad as other locations.

Got food, waited 20 minutes at the register to pay after they dropped it off to me, food cold bc didn't want to eat something I hadn't been given a chance to pay for
