Another visit, another wrong order. It's been a full year since I've returned. Yet again my whole order is wrong. Please don't come here unless you have 30 minutes to spare, to use the drive thru, park get out and go back in AGAIN. Every single time, whether it's the drive thru order, online order, it doesn't matter. They cannot read the screen with the order.

Worst experience ever yesterday. It took me 30 minutes to get through the Drive thru! Food was like warm or cold. The cashier was new (Bless her heart) but the trainer left her hanging for too long before stepping in the help. With such EXPENSIVE FOOD service should be way better!!
There were ONLY 2 cars ahead of me so 30 minutes is absolutely RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE.
If I could give a Zero Review I would! I was asked to fill out an email. I did it twice and absolutely NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. NO FOLLOW UP. NEVER GOING BACK.

Very slow service

The top piece is a bone-in Buffalo wing. 1 of those is as almost as big as my 3pc combined. 🫠

Terrible

I used to go here all the time when it first opened and it was so good. Decided to go today just for the memories. Got my chicken and it was all shriveled up and the skin was so hard and dry. The skin was literally separating from the meat and the meat was literally HARD and BROWN. Not like light brown it was like a dark brown. The biscuits are also really salty now? The mac and cheese was clumpy and although it was hot, it was really weird and crumbly. Mind you, I opened my food in the car to check it before hand and I open it up to low quality food.

Ghost pepper was great but not very hot

They got it wrong a month ago. I went thru drive thru and Man o man they did right by me .. .manager and staff was all over it. They made sure they got my experience and food right!! Thanks guys good work!!

I came to this location to kill time and get some work done while my kids were at the fair, so I've not been to this location before.
I'll start with the positive. The cashier was very helpful and friendly and even brought my order over to my table when it was ready.
There was only one other person in the restaurant dining room when I got there. I wanted a seat next to an outlet so I could plug my laptop in. The tables weren't disgustingly dirty but clearly hadn't been wiped down since the last people had used them. Not a huge deal, I just wiped it off.
I got a small meal. The chicken was fine, not great, not bad. The drink was fine, no problems. The side was pretty awful though. I got the red beans and rice, and it was clearly not fresh at all. The rice was dry and some of the grains were hard and crunchy, and the beans were dried up, a semi-solid thick paste texture. Ironically, the biscuit (their biscuits are often known for how dry they are, and I usually find a hockey puck of a biscuit and it gets left in the box uneaten) was probably the freshest Popeye's biscuit I've ever had, and it was delicious.

The food and everything else about this dump is terrible

The wait time is horrible.
