Food was decent but the atmosphere and service were nothing if not rude and disrespectful. I understand they have young people working there but cursing in Spanish, playing around.Arguing with me on a special when it was on the menu behind the young lady. Frustrating to say the least.

I walked in and didn't get a good welcome because your employee Ahelica said "OH GOD" like she had a problem and then looked at me extremely rude the whole time. She even went to the back where my food was being prepared and spoke to the employee making my food and she was working drive thru so she had no reason to do so. You might want to inform her that she needs to not bring her personal issues from home to work. I felt extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable and since she went by my food during preparation I just threw it away. I am a GM as well and employees need to remember your attitude stays the same with all employees and your problems stop at the door. I will never go to that location again because of your unprofessional employee. Yet thank you to the employee that took my order she was extremely nice.

Lady taking order around 545pm, was rude and and messy. She handed me my bad sideways, and slammed the window in my face. The door was strawberry biscuit was so old on the first bite caused them to literally crumbled into and was damn near orange on the inside. I pay not for service but at least give me edible food is a clean fashion. Will never be back

Awesome saffs, very nice and polite workers, I was struggling to get soda from the machine and they saw me and came and helped me without having to ask them, I also didn't speak English very well and this beautiful young lady came and helped me she was very polite and understanding due to some places where they are very rude and disrespectful! I would recommend this popeyes to whoever loves chicken and who ever wants to be treated with respect!!!

I had not eaten in Popeye's restaurant in a long time, I have encountered the food tasteless and dry, the chicken thigh was more bone than meat, the drumstick also dry. The Coleslaw tasted like wall paper paste, it had a taste of flour was then added to the slaw sauce, no flavor, all the soft drinks were gone, the customers were upset of the soft drinks being gone, the ice machine was hardly giving ice. The employees were all over the place, tables were dirty, and I believe the manager spent most of her afternoon on her cell phone. I will not be eating in your restaurant any longer if this is what being served on a daily basis. Thank you

Poor service from start to finish. For one the drive thru speaker needs tuning. You can't even hear the person on the other end. Ordered Upsized combos and ended up with only bigger drinks, not sides as well, like other restaurants. My Mashed potato cup was only half filled with product. The tenders were BONE DRY ! Even my dog couldn't eat them. Crew was fighting with my Aunt about the 2 combo prices being different. It took 4 associates to finally realize, that it was because she ordered Mac & Cheese for herself. My biscuit wasn't even there. She said her chicken was sub par as well. Very dry overcooked.Parking: Approx 12 spots
