Ordered two combos, but only received one. I'm glad I checked the receipt and bag because we waited an additional three minutes for our two-piece. The man who took our order in the drive-thru was nice and the order was perfect, but the window girls were not as they are the ones who forgot our order. Tenders tasted old and hard to chew, and biscuits were also hard. Fruit punch was water with red dye. Maybe another day will be better, not on July 4.
Ordered online and picked up our food that was hot, ready and our order was accurate. I feel like it was one of the best. experiences we've had - definitely will be back for quick dinner. It was a good value for our money to feed a family of four with leftovers
I did a online order for the 1st time ever an I chose a Classic Chicken Sandwich meal. The chicken sandwich was so DISAPPOINTING!!!! It was NOT FRESH at all, it looked like it had been sitting in Greece or under their warmer for hours. Full of grease all flat it was HORRIBLE!!! I had to throw it away it was so gross. Very sad the way Popeyes sells this food. I paid for it I deserve fresh food
