I came in through the drive thru for lunch with my wife and daughter. The young woman in the drive thru shouted at me . Apparently I didn't hear her about what side I wanted with family meal. I apologized and said Cajun fries. We got home and chicken was old andry and raw. My wife and I threw it out . Most horrible meal experience I've ever had ! I might as well have set my $30 on fire ! Irlt would've tasted better!

So I have had 2 different experiences in the same week. 1st time I went was on Monday or Tuesday a few weeks back and then again on Friday thst same week at 12pm. The first time I walked in and there was a few people ahead of me and you could see everyone was busy , there was a very long line in drive thru...it took about 4-5 min before she was able to get to me but nothing ridiculous, things were moving along for a lunch rush....I ordered the #3 spicy chicken w mac n cheese and coleslaw slaw....when I got back to the office I started with the nac n cheese and it was great...good flavor , and filled up appropriately in the container, same with the Cole slaw , The sandwich was Amazing!!, it was thick, good flavor w the sauce and pickles, fresh bun...I enjoyed the meal...Friday on the other hand was the exact opposite...drive thru was empty at 11am so I did that. I ordered the same meal w same sides but saw it was different staff. The lady in drive thru was polite and friendly and service was timely...BUT, when I got back to the office, the sides were half full on both of them, im sorry but you can fill a small side all the way up for 15.00 a meal, its not going to hurt your food cost...and the chicken was not thick and hot, it was smaller and very greasy and room temp. The cheese didn't even melt at all on it and the bacon tasted old like it was reused and not fresh....complete different experiences. I will try it again in the near future and I hope what I get is fresh and sides are filled, otherwise ill just continue going to KFC but I prefer your flavor and options so I hope there is more consistency when it comes to my first visit...hot, fresh , full sides, great experience...it did seem they could use some help or more staff during lunch rush...

Literally waited a half hour in the drive through, make it to the window to pay, received literally no apology from the worker for the delay, then I’m told I can’t use my coupon because I didn’t tell them about it when I first ordered (although it was the first thing I said [but that should be irrelevant!!]). Wasting a half hour of your time just to get a bad attitude from an arrogant employee will definitely ruin a man’s night after a long day of work smh..
