Unprofessional employee at this location by the name of Gabby. She lied to me about dropping my order fresh to the order upon request ……..12 min wait ..brought me old chicken. When I told her she didn’t drop it fresh. She became offended and started cursing making Comments. made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I am an Uber driver I just stopped in to grab some lunch for me and my kid I wanted to get out of my car come in order to stretch my legs It is 2:20 in the afternoon and their doors are locked why because of places surrounded by drug addicts You come in there to use the bathroom to get high Sadly I cannot get this place anymore of my business to City of Tucson had failed their community and these businesses don't know how to control their atmosphere and the Tucson Police don't do nothing about it

Store completely sucks drove in and seen Workers Outside smoking would look like to be a pipe they didn’t have my order in the system And didn’t want to remake it The crew member That was there when I walked in, called for the manager and the manager, so happened to be of the workers that was outside smoking I would really watch out for this store Popeyes do better If the manager is outside participating in drug activities, no telling what happens at the store

This is my Favorite Chicken place. When I don't feel up to cooking this is where I go. The drive through is actually pretty quick and then I have a tasty meal that I love when I'm too tired to do more. Favorite Chicken place, Thank you for being here. I love this new 6 dollar box. The food was really good, but nobody over there checks their delivery orders. Last month I ordered a Fanta with my food and I received a Diet Coke. Fast forward to today, I ordered a full 3 piece meal and they left out my Cajun fries, despite still being written on my receipt. Unacceptable.

I don't know if I caught them at a bad timing but the food tasted as if it was sitting on the warmer, the breading was hard. And the wings where Chewy and I didn't understand why the mashed potatoes tasted like there was beans in it. Also seemed like the stuff was overwhelmed. Definitely didn't see no smiles or any small talk

I simply wanted to get some "Free" water with my own cup, and being that we live in Arizona at 110° temps you would figure it wouldn't be a problem right? WRONG! I was told by Popeyes management that they DO NOT condone that any water be allowed to a non paying customer and if you do want water you first have to purchase something. This is super ridiculous and outrageous! I've never ever in my life even while working in fast food joints denied anybody water not even from my own faucet but POPEYES believes in capitalism they want money for an essential that should be available to the public. BOYCOTT POPEYES GET THEM OUT OF TUCSON THEY GREEDY AND MONEY HUNGRY. I'll make sure to never ever purchase Popeyes again I hope y'all go out of business! No stars if I could! Came to circle k literally down the block and the store employer had No problem whatsoever that I may have a cup full of nice clean delicious ice could water and guess what surprise I didn't even have to purchase anything wow what a concept huh!
