Whose bright idea was it to put macaroni in a chopped salad? I am gluten free and when the server was asked about gluten, she had no clue. Good thing I am not celiac and saw the macaroni before putting dressing on, otherwise this might be a different conversation.

They now have computers that play sure orders on yourself, that's why I gave it a 3 for service cuz they don't take your order anymore. Best food ever!!!

Came to this location to try for the very first time and was EXTREMELY disappointed to say the least . This young lady right here was the one who was taking care of me and had a strong Oder of marijuana and had stuff under her long nails . She threatened to call ice on me and was giving me a major attitude. Made me lose my appetite. I love to eat and this establishment just lost out on my business .

I am writing this review because I recently encountered social media posts from a staff member at this location that were deeply offensive and racist. A local business should be a safe and welcoming space for everyone. Seeing this behavior from a representative of the store makes me feel unwelcome and I will be taking my business elsewhere from here and on. I come to visit my son that lives near this location and we would usually eat out here. but from now, I will no longer come here. thanks.

I enjoyed coming here until I found out an employee of yours named “Alexis” came up on my social media being racist in uniform in front of your location. I’m not coming here anymore since you’ve got employees who are racist and feel the need to represent you guys that way. shameful.

Going to Portillo’s in Chicago was a core part of my childhood and was ecstatic to show this location to my wife! She now loves it, too. Between the veggie-forward Chicago dog to the chocolate cake shake, they’re good food for all! Make sure to enter through the turnstile for the ultimate experience!

I was a former employee here. all the supervisors left. Managers are high on drugs. See the long lines next door at In and Out Burger. only 6 cars at Portillos parking. place is JUNK.
