I’ll admit it—I would never have stopped here on my own because the name Potbelly Sandwich Shop sounds like pure carnivorous hog heaven… and it’s absolutely not that. Surprise of the day: this is actually a solid, thoughtfully done sandwich spot with vegetarian options and easy vegan modifications. They offer salads, pickles, good bread choices, and even the option to scoop out the inside of the bread for a lighter, veggie-forward bite (which I appreciated). Service was great, the space felt welcoming, and I loved seeing their community wall and family-friendly initiatives like kids-eat-free days. Honestly, it makes Subway look pretty rough by comparison. The name is wildly deceiving, but the experience was genuinely better than expected—and I’m glad someone else convinced me to walk in.

I used the APP to order and in the APP I was instructed to use the shelf for pick up. In the store I was aggressively approached by all staff about my order and NOT using the shelf no matter what the APP says. A completely disturbing experience at PotBelly and it caused all the food to taste horrible. Thanks

Staff awesome, sandwich was drenched in mayo, the sandwich was wrapped and 1/4 of the sandwich was fully covered in mayo and could see it even through the white paper it was wrapped in, would have been a good sandwich if it hadn't been for that. I could only eat half. Fresh ingredients. I'm sure next time will be better. Will update if so

I went there tonight to get a original prime rib steak sandwich. The meat content on the sandwich was comical. It look like a barren wasteland where the meat was supposed to reside. I'm not sure how many ounces of steak are supposed to be on it ,dare I say looked more like grams. The picture they display is straight a lie and false advertising. And every piece of meat that was on the sandwich was inedible because it was all bunch of chopped up grislle the quality of the meat was horrendous. I knew something was up.When I realized I couldn't see over the counter to monitor my sandwich being made ,and I'm 6 feet tall .I ordered that and a cup of broccoli cheese soup $17 I'll never go back not even to complain . I literally threw it away. I'll continue to be a loyal customer to Mike from New Jersey

Got a sandwich today ordered online. Amd nothing was added to my customized sandwich they didn't even give me the ranch the it comes with !! Guess nothing gets done right unless your in front of someone making it. Nobody can follow directions amd I payed 14.00 for it.
