Amazing experience at this location! We went there Friday evening May 30th. It was less than 30 min from closing time and we were worried that we may be met with indifference but got the complete opposite. Angel was working this evening and he welcomed us, guided us with recommendations in detail and absolutely convinced us that he was passionate about helping us and educating us in the new products on the menu. He genuinely exhibited excellence in the delivery of his exceptional customer service. Food was awesome as always. You don’t want to ever lose employees like Angel so Please give Angel a raise as he is a vital part of an overwhelmingly superb experience! Bravo

I left a review awhile back but imma add to it because me and my bestie go and there's this perfect little angel of a man that works here that we adore and he's always ontop of it, sweet, caring, and polite. I've always loved this location but the staff is just above and beyond here.

I’ve been a potbelly fan since like 2010. Going there with my high school sweetheart and buying her favorite sandwhich “The wreck”. Recently she passed away and it’s been hard going back. Just last week I went to the store and bought a wreck sandwhich. The cashier there called Ethan I think helped me with my whole order and made me feel young again. I hope Ethan is doing well and he deserves nothing but the best for his amazing customer service. 😀

Joe waited on our family and he is very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate how quickly he makes the custom sandwiches. Joe's got a great attitude and you can tell he loves people.
My wife and ai dined here for the first time recently and we had a good experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and fast at making our sandwiches. The food tastes good and we enjoyed the toasted subs. After procrastinating for over 1 year, we were beating ourselves up over waiting so long to eat here! We'll definitely be back soon to try the other options. ? Shout out to the crew working on 7/19/2024 during lunch time ??

Not sure why people come here. Barely any turkey on this super expensive overly bready sandwich with scant toppings and dry bread. The meat isn’t the best quality either.

My friendship with Subway is over! Potbelly is my new best friend, when it comes to having meatball sandwiches! Really though, the Mama's Meatball sandwich was delicious, and the fact that I asked for bacon in it...makes it more delicious! And this is in good walking distance for me, so I will definitely be back!
