We stopped in for a quick lunch while out shopping one weekend. It was a cold, rainy day so our choice were a bowl of soup and a pick your paid of soup and a sandwich. We both chose the baked potato soup which was thick, creamy, and had good flavor. It was boiling hot and took a while to cool down before we could try to eat it. The turkey sandwich was decent but seemed to be lacking a little in the turkey department. I also picked up a pack of mini oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and they were just okay, nothing I'd order again. I would like to go back and try a regular sandwich and see how it fairs.

Amazing not only is this great food but the service is top notch! Jessica/asst store manager was excellent she went above and beyond to help me with a catering order. Same day order and everything was perfect. This was for a family event and she eased my panic. If you need superb sandwiches and you’re in a bind all I can say is call Jessia at Potbelly. Thank you again Jessica !!

This used to be my favorite sandwich shop. I ordered three sandwiches this evening through the app which I’m pretty proficient with. I am familiar that and select new things. I went and made an order and I looked at it with a fine tooth comb. I ordered three sandwiches with all of the vegetables and they put the wrong kind of cheese. I get home and none of the sandwiches have any vegetables. I called the shop And let them know and they said on their end it didn’t show vegetables. I know what I ordered. I’ve done it plenty of times with this particular sandwich shop. They did not offer any. Also not happy with their customer. Very unsatisfactory. I am disappointed.

Went in for an Italian sub as I don't believe I had tried a Potbelly's before. Customer service is weak at best. Food was overpriced for being so bland, and that was with the Gardiner on the sandwich as well.Too much to pay for no flavor is a no go in my book. If you are looking for a good sub that is flavorful and worth the price, look elsewhere.My 2¢

I ordered a turkey avo sandwich with everything, minus the mayo, but WOW!! The sandwich was amazing. I went to the one on Broadway and Craycroft. Angel & his crew are awesome & so is the ambiance. Highly recommend

Good sandwiches but horrible service. They never fail to forget almost all of the toppings you ask for especially the mustard, it's never put in for both mobile/walk-in. It's unwelcoming so trying to get a remake or a refund isn't the smoothest either. Months go by and each visit is the same, this is probably my last time for sure.
