Food is delicious. Boys in the back know what they doin. But there is this ONE waitress… absolutely so rude all the time. We don’t usually complain but this time we had told her our meet was hard to the point I had to spit it out. I didn’t ask for a refund, another platter of meat, nothing. I just told her it was rough. She immediately told me, no this is fresh just cut this morning. I didn’t ask. I’m telling you it’s rough. What happened to customers always right? It was straight up our problem. And this isn’t the only time she’s been rude, it just got to the point where I had to leave a review. Customer service really does ruin the experience. Read the other reviews before you come in!!!

last day of our vacation. The wife chose this spot and the kids cried. we went inside and ate. It was very American. I did find patriotic values from this establishment and if I hypothetically came back I would visit here again. 😂😂🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

This place is my absolute favorite in Tucson! They hand make their own noodles and have such an amazing variety for vegan, vegetarian and meat options. I love going for a double date or just with my husband. We always leave so full and it’s really well priced.

Pretty authentic and comparable to my
Hotpot experiences in bigger cities such as NYC. Service was quick, and portions were decent for the price.

Delicious, authentic hot pot restaurant! Maybe the best Asian restaurant in Tucson. The broth was delicious and the portions of veggies and meat were fresh and generous. Medium spicy is definitely spicy though—get mild if you’re not a pro haha. As good as hot pot in LA, and that’s a high bar. Try it!

My first hot pot experience and it was amazing. The food was so delicious, you can choose as many sides, meats, veggies, etc. as possible and can even get 2 different bases for soup. Truly enjoyed the hot pot, and it is perfect for cold weather!

I absolutely used to love this place, been here a TON of times but after my recent experience I don’t. I think the food is delicious but the service is awful. The servers/cashiers are not very friendly. Cashier was extremely rude. While we were walking out the door she called us back in and asked us “did you leave a tip at the table?” then once we said no she kept saying “tip, tip, tip” like seriously? it was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I know that same waitress/cashier has seen me and my boyfriend come in countless of times and have spent lots of money here but she will not be seeing us anymore.

I ate at this hotpot restaurant once, and this must be the last time I eat there. When I came here with my three friends. The lobby was only half full, and both the big and small tables were empty. The waitress with glasses at the front desk had a bad attitude, saying that we had to wait for a table if we sat at the big table. We didn't understand, so she forced us to sit at the small table. When we were halfway through our meal, two more groups of 3 and 4 people came in. They all sat at the big table. I don't understand this kind of discrimination. If the owner of this restaurant sees this, please manage your employees well. In addition, I don't recommend anyone to eat at your place.
