Love this place, go every week, but boy the one guy in charge today 09/24/24 was so rude and unhelpful. I thought maybe it was just a one off but the two people I was with said he was rude to them also. Coffee is great and usually the people serving are super nice and helpful. Today was hopefully unusual.

Extremely unfriendly. Not good coffee. Had my own cup, and they been discontinued and don’t even touch it. It’s brand new and clean.
Never experienced something that unfriendly!!!

This coffee shop is in the gentrified area of my neighborhood (LOL- before all of this it was just a large piece of land where ancient Hohokam artifacts were found).
Anyway, the people who work here are weird- the last time I was there, the girl looked at me like I was wasting her time when I ordered coffee, she made me feel like I didn’t belong in my own neighborhood. On top of that, when she turned the screen around (the part where they ask for tips) and I clicked “no”, she looked at me like I did something wrong.
The coffee is- normal. It’s not a place I’d ever rave about. There’s hardly anywhere to sit and if there is, everything is hard. The outdoor patio is shared with the other restaurants in the building, so if you wanna drink your coffee there but it’s packed from the restaurants, you’re basically out of luck.
Don’t recommend it- better go to the annex for Decibel coffee. At least the coffee is better and the customer service too.

On a roadtrip and looked for a great coffee spot. Tucson is known for nice coffee shops. This one unfortunately disappointed me… the coffee was just ok. Service and atmosphere were very nice, but if the coffee is just ok, won’t recommend. (Also bakery next door is also just ok).

The coffee was just OK, which was disappointing. The employees were unable or unwilling to answer basic questions about the flavor profiles of the various types of coffee available. They refused to give any recommendation when asked. There are very few options if you want flavor in the coffee, and they have NO sugar free flavor options. The decor is confused: a weird mix of obsessed with bike riding/industrial/retro. There is no way to comfortable enjoy coffee or food because there are no normal tables and chairs. They have couches and small little round end tables but the heights on the tables are not great. Wish I had taken pictures, it’s hard to explain. Basically, this is not the place to sit and enjoy a coffee and a snack. The pastry I tried was very good, but I was uncomfortable eating it with no table, crumbs were falling all over the couch. It felt very awkward, not an environment suited for conversation, not a place to hang out, and you can’t really sit across from your companion. I really wanted to love this place, I am so disappointed that it doesn’t live up to the hype.
Dietary restrictions: No sugar free options available for coffee flavors.
Wheelchair accessibility: In order to get to the door, you have to cross a long bridge made of metal slats, not the best for someone with mobility assistive devices.

The barista refused to make a single shot Americano - she said they weren't allowed to make anything but a double, and was baffled when I suggested pouring out half and then adding hot water so it wouldn't be as strong. I've been to lots of coffee shops and never had someone tell me they absolutely wouldn't make it weaker at my request. Sheesh.

Such a cute setup in this little market type area. Cold brew was delicious, got me through with the drive back to Phoenix.

One of the best cafes in town. The bean choice isn't my favorite, but it's miles from a Starbucks but way better! I really liked the chocolatine. The barista was friendly.

Super cute and cozy place! Loved the atmosphere! I was looking for a place to study that was away from campus and i was able spend a hour and a half studying here. Was quite busy since it was a Friday afternoon but I didn’t have to wait long for my latte. If you’re looking for a nice place to study this is it!
