Unhelpful staff and Management!!! The most unprofessional experience and stay ever!! I hate to say this but maybe if you're white you will be okay. However people of color they do discriminate against!! I am so sad to write this and have been here many times over the years however this weekend has been horrible!! Waiting one plus hour for someone to take an order. Going to the bar on our own to order drinks and food. Jose the Manager on duty was of no help and did the same thing as everyone else. We have had to stop many staff to help us before someone would even talk to us. I honestly don't even know how many times we would ask for assistance and people would just try to shut us up with nothing. Yesterday seemed busier and I get things can be slower and I am okay with it but tonight was inexcusable let alone uncalled for. I wanted a nice getaway with my husband and it left us fighting because how bad it has been.
This place is really good. The servers are nice and the food it’s so good and everything looks beautiful.

Stayed at the Marriott and ate here both nights. Excellent wine selection, excellent pasta selections and wonderful starters. Only downside was the pizza oven was down so didn't get to try it. Ate once at the bar, and once at the table...and I actually prefered the bar area. The Charred Octopus starter was probably the highlight from the meals, but they also have an excellent pappardelle. Extremely nice Italian restaurant where you can enjoy a great meal.

Amazing chef. Amazing view. Simply amazing culinary experience. The halibut with lemon risotto is to die for. (I will dream for a long time about this tart, creamy and yummy dish). My husband commented that the venison with a coffee crust was perfectly cooked and the best he'd had. The beet and goat cheese salad was divine. We'd had trouble initially booking (mistake on my end) and changed our date and were warmly received and welcomed. One in our party had many allergies and they graciously accommodated us. Chef Ken came out and talked with us and explained his culinary concept and the care he takes to work with allergies. The pastry chef created a fantastic chocolate abc cream dessert that would work with allergies. Chris, our server, was delightful, helpful and fun to talk with. The Flamingo drink was a nice touch. This restaurant was a wonderful special occasion treat for our family on a weekend getaway. I wish we lived locally because we would come here again, on repeat, for the wonderful food and the above and beyond (and much appreciated) excellent service. Thank you!
Passaggio is a true gem of a restaurant experience. We chose to sit on the restaurant's garden terrace on a beautiful Arizona evening. The only difficulty was choosing what to order from the uniquely special menu. In the end I ordered the halibut with an amazing creamy risotto, both of which were delicious. The only thing the dish was missing was a vegetable to round out the overall taste and look of the plate.
The food and service could not have been better ! Top notch. We sat on outdoor patio around 7:15pm in September and it was beautiful. We did notice the inside seating would have been much noisier so we're happy to have been outside ?

Passaggio is an absolute gem, and Chef Ken is the mastermind behind an unforgettable culinary experience! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and inviting ambiance, but it was the food that truly stole the show. Chef Ken's creativity and passion shine through in every dish, with flavors that are both bold and nuanced, showcasing the best of Italian cuisine with a modern twist.
Each course was meticulously prepared and presented, turning our meal into a delightful journey for the senses. The fresh, high-quality ingredients and the thoughtful balance of flavors in every bite made it clear that Chef Ken is not just cooking but crafting art on a plate. Whether it was the perfectly seared steak, the rich and savory pasta dishes, or the decadent desserts, everything was executed to perfection.
What also stood out was Chef Ken's personal touch; he took the time to visit our table and share insights about the dishes, adding a layer of connection that made our dining experience feel even more special. His dedication to his craft and to providing guests with an exceptional experience is truly unmatched.
Passaggio is a must-visit in Tucson, thanks in large part to Chef Ken's incredible talent and hospitality. We can't wait to return for another extraordinary meal!

So disappointed in our meal here. It was a Monday night, there was only a few tables occupied in the restaurant, our server seemed fairly new and not up to JW standards. We ordered pizza and chicken Parmesan. The food took a considerable amount of time, especially for how dead it was. When it arrived, my chicken Parmesan was absolutely raw. See the pic. Although the server apologized and offered to bring me something else, I felt like it wasn’t a true apology. Plus I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for another dish. The manager never came over to apologize. The server overall acted like no big deal, maybe it happens often. The pizza was good, that’s why I gave 2 stars. Everything else at the hotel was wonderful during our stay, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Do not recommend.

Our server Chris was wonderful. We didn't see anything jumping out at us on the wine list (as we didn't want to spend $300+ a bottle). He went in back to see if there was anything “hiding” and he found the perfect bottle of wine for us in the price point we were looking for. His food recommendations were absolutely delicious! We will be back again next year for our anniversary again.
Food was phenomenal. We had the bruschetta, Caesar (get the anchovies), shared the verde pizza and had the Carmel crunch cake for dessert. Service was polite, patient and helpful. Wine list was also good.

Delicious food, best steak and pasta we have had. AMAZING FOOD. (Not very kid friendly although they loved the pizza). Staff was very friendly. Downside is the prices, no bread, was not able to sit outside, and only open a few days a week.

Great dining experience. Food was delicious. Service was excellent! The mountain and city views added to the ambiance. My wife had the Halibut. She mentioned it could have been cooked a little less, but was still delicious. I had the lamb and it was prepared perfect.
Absolutely incredible experience! Ambiance, service, quality and flavor profile of dishes and uniqueness of menu options far exceeded our expectations. Such a high quality dining experience right in Starr Pass is a perfect option to consider for special occasions, date night or entertaining friends and family. Thanks for a perfect evening!
The food and service continue to be top-notch here. My husband's agnolotti special was filled with wild mushrooms, and my halibut was cooked perfectly. Azura is a wonderful server, and Adrian is a terrific sous chef.
My only complaint is there is no 2 person tables... so the intimacy of the dinner is kinda lost there. It was a bit loud. Food was AMAZING. I wish I remembered our servers name because he was just as AMAZING and knowledgeable about the food items. The view pre dinner there is amazing.
