Great Italian food in this spot. The lasagna was 5/10 so nothing amazing. On the smaller size too. Meatballs were dry but the salads were good.

I came to eat at Proof Artisanal Pizza & Pasta this past weekend. The Chicken Parmesan and the Spaghetti was excellent. In addition, the customer service was good. This place is nice.

You better have the mozzarella bites! The best you’ve ever had! Also their lasagna is small but delicious and made by angels. Ask for Danie at the bar, she’s so fantastic, she should be the manager, as a matter of fact, I demand it! Make it so!

In from out of town and staying in a hotel close by. Happy with our choice! Had the chicken piccata and sautéed veggies. Both were delicious. The service and the quaintness of the restaurant added more to the experience.

The olives app and the Figlet and Proof pizzas were great. The pizza crust was perfect! The calamari was chewy, but still edible. The servers were very nice and the restaurant was cute.

The pizza was amazing and we really enjoyed the live music throughout the night! The service was also quality, especially for how busy this place was. And rightfully so, because did I mention how amazing the food was! Oh goodness, try the mushroom pizza! AMAZING!

We had a reservation on 4/16 for 10 and specified an inside table. This was confirmed the day before. When my daughter got there a few minutes before us, she was told we didn't have a reservation and was quite rude about it. I got there a few minutes later and showed her the reservation confirmation on my phone and she looked it up and said it was just a glitch. She said there was no inside seating (which was confirmed) but could put together a few tables outside, which was warm and not entirely comfortable. The hostess didn't seem concerned or apologetic at all. We will not be back.

This was our first time here. We went because we were looking for a drink and a charcuterie board; a nice nosh. We went on a Saturday and the place was packed. Our mistake. We were given a seat right in the middle where no tables should really have been.
The server was nice but overloaded with work so there was very little follow up. Not her fault!
My biggest complaint was the Charcuterie. It was listed as having prosciutto, salami etc. It wasn't as plentiful as expected, they brought us olive oil for the bread but there was no cracked or any pepper available or offered. BUT... this was not prosciutto! It was shaved ham. A far cry from the delicious aged fatty meat I love.
That they would bill it as prosciutto and then use this stuff to save money was an insult to their customers. The salami was just some average sliced genoa i would have expected on a sandwich and nothing special either. Disappointing.
