This was our first time there. As soon as you walk into the plaza you see so many choices to eat at . A beautiful view. The Gadabout Salons is across from where the restaurant is and for me when I am hungry after a long hair day. I am sure I want food! lol 😂. So, this was by far my first time eating at this place. A nice patio with the fire 🔥 pit . That to me reminds me of my own at home, 🏠 if I was to go back again to Tucson AZ .. definitely recommend to give this place a try.

I REPEAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU EATING HERE! we had a special dinner bringing our families together before our wedding and had the worst service where water was basically non existent, staff that would rather give garbage attitude than help. David the manager basically gave a 100% out of a handbook apology that has 0 care or emotion behind it do absolutely nothing to resolve anything.

This place should just shut down. Tonight was the last time for me. A few months ago I ordered their spaghetti and meatballs. I ended up refusing it because the pasta was overcooked mush. The server acknowledged they had issues with it and they were looking for another recipe.

Fast forward to tonight, I ordered the chicken piccata. It was the WORST piccata I have ever had. There wasn’t a drop of lemon in the sauce and the pasta was the same overcooked, inedible mush. The chicken and pasta were swimming in what appeared to be unflavored melted butter. Seriously, it takes special skills to make chicken taste this bland. Again, I told the server it wasn’t edible and had her take it away. I ended up reheating some leftovers at home that I cooked the night before. I should have done that to begin with.

My friend ordered the lasagna, if you could call it that. It was one very thin layer of sauce with a noodle slapped on top and some cheese. It was maybe 3/4”. Honestly, McDonald’s would have been more satisfying. At least you expect disappointing food without the large tab

Ordered on Postmates, They forgot the side of garlic bread with my pasta. Also got the margarita pizza had very thin crust which I was not made aware of in the description. and had very little sauce and mozzarella. Could’ve been better.

First time here. I was not impressed with the Alfredo. Pasta was to dry and the sauce was broken. All the server did was bring me more sauce which did not do anything at all.
It would be bad to say that Alfredo pasta at Olive Garden is 100 times better.
Pizza was good.
Sorry to say, I will not be visiting this place again.

Great Italian food in this spot. The lasagna was 5/10 so nothing amazing. On the smaller size too. Meatballs were dry but the salads were good.

I came to eat at Proof Artisanal Pizza & Pasta this past weekend. The Chicken Parmesan and the Spaghetti was excellent. In addition, the customer service was good. This place is nice.
