Terrible food and terrible service. The free appetizer they served was a fermented grape with a cinnamon sauce (which the server presented by saying we’ve been getting bad reviews on this but let us know what you think), the bread came out super stale, and when I asked what the server recommended, he recommended something that was no longer on the menu. I said something to the GM and he brought out a bone marrow appetizer and it was over cooked and dry and served with potato chips and dried tomatoes. I said something a second time. The GM cut us off after one drink and because of that we were not allowed in the casino for 24 hours. Security threatened to call the cops when I was asking questions to get clarification on the situation and I asked to talk to his manager. The security manager told me it was rude that I was asking for a refund for our second night at the hotel and finally the casino manager came over and was very friendly and comped our room and we left. One of the worst customer service and food service experiences I’ve ever had. I will never be eating here again.

My wife and I had her birthday dinner at this restaurant. It did not disappoint they gave us more than excellent customer service and were attentive for our tables needs. We need more service staff like the staff that were working tonight. I don't think I have ever had better service even at any other high class restaurant.

My husband and I have eaten at PY Steakhouse 4 times for special events, birthdays and anniversaries. PY had never disappointed. Excellent steaks, superb wines and great desserts. Well worth the price for special occasions.

Overall the was very very good. I enjoyed a margarita with my dinner and the only negative comment I'll make is that I went back to the bar at 10:09 in the evening at the bar, which is outside the dining room and where you can sit at the bar and sit around the bar is and it had just closed. I was quite disappointed because I wasn't going to order a nasty margarita from any bar in the casino. What i'm commenting about is when I went up to the bar and a guy said well we're closed. I said OK I just wan see your menu to see the margarita that I got and he said well we're closed I said I know I just would like to see the menu and see the margarita description and he kind of reluctantly gave me the menu to look at and I thought he was very rude - the bartender. The margarita was good but I won't be back there to get a margarita ever again and I probably won't eat there again because I didn't like that attitude and when does a restaurant only open on Tuesdays to Saturday from 4 to 10pm in a casino? This Restaurant is one of the highest rated restaurants in Tucson. I got a very negative vibe from that bartender. The staff in the restaurant was excellent. The hours of operation are ridiculous.

Bryson was a fantastic server and very knowledgeable. We were celebrating and he made sure our experience was top notch! We had a great time and look forward to coming back in the future ! 
It's a must for our family to dine in at Py when we want to come to the casino . The food the service are beyond excellent!

Had my 70th birthday dinner here and by far it was one of the best restaurant experiences. The hostess was very friendly and wished me a happy birthday. The servers were very attentive throughout the entire meal. The drinks and food were fantastic. They really went out of their way to make me feel special.

In every way a wonderful experience. Enjoyed an anniversay dinner with my wife. Never felt rushed by staff. 2 very attentive servers throughout dinner. Service and all of the food is very top shelf.

I went here for my birthday 3 months ago so I took my wife back today for her birthday because the food was so exceptional and the service is over the top. We had the luxury of having Steve and Jeniah for our servers.
